Hermione Granger walked into the burrow early on a Sunday morning. She was very upset. Mrs. Weasley was making breakfast. She saw Hermione and instantly knew something was wrong. Then Molly picked up the days Daily Prophet. She saw the following headline: Marriage Law now in place!

I, Kingsley Shaklebolt, your Minister of Magic, have put in place a marriage law! All young witches and wizards between 19-35 must be married by March 1st of next year!
These will be arranged marriages and they are not breakable! Anyone who cheats will suffer a Demotors kiss!
You will all receive your owls later today. Once you know who your match is, you must leave home and move in with them! Anyone who has been in a relationship may file to stay together!
YOU HAVE TO PRODUCE 2 CHILDREN BY JAUARY 1ST, 2000!
