They would travel the world seeing new sights. Ryohei would become a great boxer just like Yamato exec willing at their respective sports. Lambo would be the rich young master and maybe go into modeling. An tsuna we'll he likes to think he's be a modest bussiness man who they would all inexplicably meet because even in another life he cannot imagine a life without his guardian his family.
