This one-shot is set after Jak & Daxter TPL finishes, but before Jak 2 starts
The idea for this came to me while I was listening to the song 'February Air' By Lights, the acoustic version

Jak and Keira were sitting on the soft sands of the beach legs out stretched in front of them, leaning back on their hands behind them, watching the sunset as it sunk behind the horizon, listening the waves as they lapped at the shore glistening in the light, the sky turning a rose pink shade as the sun continued to dissapear,
'I'm so glad you showed me this part of the beach Jak, I can't believe I've never seen it before, it's beautiful!' Keira stated happily, as the breeze picked up and licked both of their faces, blowing their hair around slightly, Jak turned to face her and gave her a half smile, and then looked back to the view, she was right, it was beautiful, Keira continued to look at him, his bronzed skin, sun bleached hair and azure eyes, the view wasn't the only thing that Keira thought was attractive, she turned away from him to continue to look at the sunset when a thought occured to her,
I forgot to thank him! For everything he's done over the past few months! Keira you idiot!'OH!' She gasped, covering her mouth at the thought, Jak immediately turned to her, his ears turned slightly back, and his mouth slightly open, the look of concern littered his face, Jak was an open book when it came to emotions, he didn't need to speak,
'It's okay Jak, it's nothing to worry about, I just realised, I forgot to say thank you,' the green haired girl said softly, Jak looked slightly taken back, why did she need to say thank you?
Keira sat up and turned to him, with her legs crossed,
'Don't look so confused,' she placed both of her hands on his cheeks and planted a soft kiss on his lips, she had her eyes closed, a feeling of heat hit his face as his cheeks began to flush red, he too eventually closed his eyes and enjoyed the moment,
'Thank you Jak' Keira said when they finally broke apart, he gave her a small nod of acknowledgement, she scooted closer to him and watched the remainder of the sunset.
