The Time Of Gallifrey

The following takes place in an alternate reality, in which Amy and Rory never got taken by the weeping angels

Rory

Chapter 1

As the Doctor stepped out of the TARDIS, I started having a moment of dread, like a sense that all is well, but that it was just the calm, before the storm. I looked back into the TARDIS to see Amy getting ready, "In a moment" Amy snapped. I rolled my eyes, because this always happened when we were about to go out, like that time when we were going to meet my mum and dad, and we were two hours late, because supposedly her mascara didn't go with her lipstick. I looked back into the TARDIS, to discover that the lever that controlled the time rudder had been pulled. Then suddenly the TARDIS doors closed and the wheezing sound that meant the TARDIS was dematerializing started and then the TARDIS was gone. "Amy!" The Doctor screamed. "NO!" and then cried. Then suddenly the unthinkable happened. He slowly slipped off his bow tie, and it crumbled onto the grass floor on which we were standing, our feet planted on the earth, but our minds in separate dimensions. Suddenly the earth started to shake, and all of the past two minutes suddenly reversed. I was right outside the TARDIS looking at Amy, and just like before, the lever was flipped, the doors closed, the wheezing started, but this time I grabbed onto the side of the TARDIS, and I decided not to let go. All hell broke loose in my mind as we entered the vortex. What I saw that day was incomprehensible. From the big bang, to the end of the universe, I saw everything that has ever happened, and ever will happen. I saw my past, present, and future, all at the same time. Then a very strong force pulled me through a separate off-shoot of the vortex and flung me through an orange vortex on the side of the normal vortex, and I fell into something; something that looked like the TARDIS in a peculiar kind of way. There was a girl standing inside with a man, "Hello there, I'm Clara Oswald, and this is the Doctor" she said, pointing at a man in a purplish down coat and wearing a bow tie, it was indeed the Doctor.

Chapter 2

As the TARDIS disappeared, three questions zoomed through my head:

1. What the bloody hell just happened?

2. Where were the Ponds?

3. What had happened just a milla-second before the dematerialization?

At the moment those were the three W's in my head. I scanned the area with my screwdriver, the familiar buzz slightly comforting me. Then I picked up a signal, a familiar signal that I'd only received once during the time war...a time lord signal...had the time lords come back?
