On a Snowy December Day
It was a cold December day, it was snowing outside so it made it even colder than it was. Elena wasn't paying any attention to it though, she was busy with something else. Damon occasionally glanced up at it when he wasn't watching Elena scream in pain.
Elena's head was drenched in sweat, with every push another bead of sweat would roll down her face. Elena was just praying for this to be over soon, she hated being covered in sweat plus this pain was unbearable. She looked over to Damon who was looking out at the snow fall and said "never again." Damon chuckled and replied "that's what you think." She tried to reply but another pain hit her with the push.
The snow started to fall harder turning into a blizzard where Damon couldn't see anything so he turned his full attention to Elena who was taking another breath for a push. "Can't this be over?" She whined. "Your almost there." The doctor answered. "Its been four hours!" "Keep pushing Elena and it will be over." Damon said trying to help.
"After another half hour crying filled the room and it wasn't Elena's from all the pain. "A doctor gave Elena her new baby girl who was now silent sinse she had fallen asleep. "See I told you it will be over if you kept pushing. In return we have a beautiful baby girl." Damon said sitting on the edge of the bed. "Yeah, we do. Your still not doing this again to me." "Oh, yes I am, I'm going for a boy." Damon said smirking. "Think what you want." Elena said leaning back.
Damon saw how tired Elena looked so he took the baby from her and layed her down in the hospital crib. "Whats her name Elena?" "We agreed on Cassidy Hope Salvatore." With that both Cassidy and Elena fell asleep.
