Eulogy

This is an unspoken eulogy
To the greatest man known
The knowledge of greatness
And wisdom past shown

It takes an angel
To know the world so
And still show some humor
While respecting his foe

Some wisdom is needed
To educate youth
To sort among lies
And discern the clear truth

Everyone knew him
He knew them, as well
But learning their names?
It must have been hell

His death was a shock
And the world is still crying
No one thought A.D.
Was capable of dying

I know this isn't fabulous, but there were things that just needed to be said about Dumbledore, as I'm pretty sure that wouldn't let me write a commemorative essay about Albus Dumbledore, and you sure as HECK will not catch me writing a reminiscent piece from Harry's point of view. NO ONE can pull off something that angsty.

Hokay, that's it
