Let Tragedy Destroy Me

Because there was something about him- something deeper, something tragic that everyone had missed.

.
.
.

But one day, someone noticed.

.

Today we introduce Uzumaki Naruto. The Blonde.

.
.
.

He is generally described as annoying, has idiotic tendencies (frequently), talentless and inside the minds of adults, 'Evil Demon Child', or publicly referred to as 'HIM'. Which is usually followed by "Hush, we aren't suppose to talk about that outloud."

.
.
.

He was short with blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was an orphan.

.
.

It was safe to say no one liked him, not because of his orphan-ness but because he was 'IT' though people rarely decribed what 'IT' was.

Then one day twelve year old Naruto found out what he was.

.
.

He found out why no one liked him.

He found out why no one was ever around.

He found out why no one even cared.

.
.
.

On the day Uzumaki Naruto became a Genin he found out why he hated himself so god damn much.

.
.
.

And when he went home Iruka thought him happy.

.
.

The blonde pranking, talentless idiot saw a storm begin through his window. He should have been worried when the wind broke the glass. He should have moved when the shards flew in all directions. He should have been worried when he started to bleed. When the storm continued raging and the earth began to shake he knew he should be finding shelter.

But he couldn't because no one cared and that usually didn't stop him but it did, because this time he didn't even care.

And he felt lonely, really really lonely.

.
.
.

He met the rest of Team Seven the next day, with a smile on his face.

.
.

12 years from then a man name Inuzuka Kiba would discover how false the smile was. He would find that even though the blonde had finally fufilled his dreams and how he'd proven himself to everyone that he wasn't focusing on it. Out of pure luck Inuzuka Kiba discovered that even though Uzumaki Naruto had made his dream become reality, he didn't care.

.
.

His dream wasn't Hokage, it was to stop feeling so damn alone. And that hadn't happened because no one understood. No one noticed how close to the edge he was. No one noticed how he was living his 'dream' and hating every second of it.

.
.
.

And when Kiba found out, he kept his distance.

Because the intensity of self-hatred in Lord Hokage's eyes were frightening.

.
.
.

Like a raging storm.
