Debbie sighed as she heard a knock on the door, standing up to go and answer it. She wasn't in the best of moods, mainly caused by the games her mum had been recently playing to get back at her husband, Jai. Him and Charity had been messing about with each other for several weeks, and Charity had unwisely ignored her daughters judgement, causing more stress instead of solving this closer to the beginning of the issue.

Debbie walked over to the door swiftly, wanting to get the conversation with whoever wanted to bother her on Christmas eve-eve over with, so she could sit back down and have some 'relaxing' time to herself.

On the other side of the door, Jasmine was waiting, expecting Ashley to answer the door. She'd emailed him earlier that day to say she's be back in the village for no more than five minutes, to give him something that he could pass on to someone who meant a lot to her. She had no response, but decided to chance it anyway, desperate. She carefully watched the door, waiting for it to inch open as it always did.

Debbie slowly opened the door, peering out to see who it was as she did. "Ashley, I wondered if you-" She heard a familiar voice speaking to her, one she didn't expect, before she caught a glance of who it was. Jasmine Thomas. The short brunette froze immediately when she saw the lighter haired girl standing in front of her. "Debbie." All of Jasmines intentions for her brief return were to avoid the taller girl and this was a place where she certainly didn't expect to see her. "Umm, here.." She shoved an envelope in her hand that said Please give this to Debbie on Christmas day, thanks xx. "I've got to go." She mumbled and ran off in the direction of the cafe. She needed some time to think after physically seeing her again.

"Jasmine!" She called after the smaller girl and began to follow her.
