Prologue
Prologue: The air was thick, dirty, unclean, not unlike the color of the mussy river which legs so troddingly stepped through. Her hair was unkept, tangled, looking as though she had been in a scrabble, eyes wide witch terror even now as the lurching calls of her pursuers sounded behind her.
Suddenly, she froze, panic tearing her features, they were in front too with rasping calls and dead milky white eyes, she cried and turned, only to be fallen as a cold slimy hand grasped her ankle, toppling the startled woman.
She cried out, turning her head towards the creatures empty pockets of gray flesh, trying to free her foot only to cry out again as something tangled in her hair, bringing her head up by the hair as she continued to struggle.
Cool hard digits dug into her skin, leaving trails of blood dirt and muck across it as bloody burning pain suddenly sprung out in her throat. Her voice hit a silent screaming octave, warm red liquid spilling down her shoulder and onto an already ruined blouse.
No longer able to muster the energy as another bloom of pain sprung out across her ankle. The horde fell upon her with unwaking glee, welcoming their newest member.
For all new coming people at all wantinng to join this late in, Pm me, there are certain details that need to be figured out for when your characters can come in.

HISTORY
Background: Kirin was born into a small loving family, of her Mother, Father, and older sister. She herself, much like her father, was very rambuntious and agressive, this however, did not grant her the attention a boy might get from that, and so, the older children secluded her, abandoned her, and left her behind. Even so. she was happy, for she had the love of her family to pull her through. However, on her eighth birthday, she awoke to the smell of smoke and death. Unable to get to her family due to barring flames, she tried to escape, only to be caught down a a falling peice of lumber pinned her from her back, burning into her skin, as she blacked out. She happened to be saved by a neighbor who'd caught sight of the blaze and heard her pitiful cries, managing to get her out of harms way. So she awoke, in the hospital, with no father, no mother, no older sister. A young man beside her bed with the proper court papers acknowledging him as her legal guardian. Only later to find that he was her brother, who had become estranged from the family for many years. So she grew up under his hand, only, her life was not happy, infact she was more alone then ever, and eventually began to ball up way from a world she didn't understand, that would not accept her. This was the way it continued as the years passed and she began to find her own ways to have fun by herslef, reading, and drawing, taking some self defense courses on her brother's demand, and even learning how to make explosives from various materials. However, in the very start of highschool, her lie turned for a little better. As she met a girl, someone who reached out into Kirin's world, and offered her hand. The two soon became friends, as Kirai began to rely on her friend as an emotional support. They grew close, one not far without the other as Kirin finally began to allow a little more of herself out, becoming more open bit by bit, until we come here to the present, and while not all the damage of her life might be gone, she is however more herself then she has ever been.

PERSONALITY
Personality: Kirin can be hot, cold or just nuetral, and can flip between them quite easily. With just a word, an action, a touch from another person, her personality can suddenly, and rapidly for the better or worst. Having been secluded from others most of her life, she does not fully understand the world around her, and while she is quite intelligent, tends to slip into her own realities to try and escape the harsheties of the world around her. However, she always wants to see people smile, and never wants to see them sad on her account. she'll fight to save her friends, and even occasionally enemies, and is loyal to a fault, so much so that she will not abandon her friends, even if they've hurt her, and will even try to shift the blame onto herself from other's mistakes. She doesn't care if people are loud or quiet, she doesn't care if they say mean things, as long as they are there for her when she needs them, she will open her heart to them and trust them at the same time still trying to hide from them the bitterness of her heart.
Strengths: Fast, intelligent, knows self defense, able to make explosives/ weapons out of a disturbingly large amount of items
