A/N: This is what I like to call a 60 second poem. It's where you write a jumble of ideas that rhyme as quickly as you can on a sheet of paper, then work through them to make a poem. This one is based on what Alice may be thinking before she fought the Red Queen in 'American McGee's Alice', which has the best OST ever. Anyway, enjoy.

Bring forth your horrors!

Show me my fears!

This is my mind,

I know what appears!

I know all its secrets,

The truth in the lie,

My world is a riddle,

No one solves, thought they try.

My parents are ashes,

My home only dust,

But my mind is my sanctuary,

Save it i must!

Bring forth your card guards!

The monsters of mine,

But i tell you, dear queen,

It's a matter of time.

The clock ticks, your highness,

Your time running out,

I'll slay you, I'll slay you,

Without a single doubt.

You fight for this land,

Of wonder and awe,

But the people fight with me,

Of hand, wing and claw.

Bring forth your destruction!

It soon shall cease!

From my own mind and insanity,

We shall be released.

Tell me your secrets,

Your darkest regrets,

So maybe, just maybe,

Your memory lives yet.

We are two of the same,

Your highness and I.

But both cannot live,

I slay you, you slay I.

Bring forth my own reflection!

Bring me my woes!

Keep us without reason,

Keep us on our toes.

You hide from us in castles,

Palaces of dark,

And have your lackeys fight for you,

This shows your lack of heart.

Have strange things happened, while i was gone? Have you gone astray?

But surely now your vengeful ruling

Shall end this very day.

Bring forth your horrors,

I'm ready for my mind!

I promise you, I promise all,

My sanity I'll find!
