Chapter 1
The Strangest Case
Hotch had just called a meeting to talk about the case that his team had just been assigned to just moments ago. The rest of the team walked in about 20 minutes later. As everyone was sitting down, Garcia skipped into the conference room looking at Reid the entire time. As he was spinning his Sonic Screwdriver pen around his fingers and sipping his hot Black Tea from his T.A.R.D.I.S. mug, he suddenly looked up feeling her eyes on him. {If you haven't caught on Reid and Garcia are die hard Doctor Who fans (Whovians). "So, what is so important that you called us here at 7 in the morning?" Morgan asked sipping his coffee from his "I Hate Mondays" mug, still looking tired as if he wasn't fully awake. "Yeah and why does Garcia keep grinning at me?" Reid asked looking as if he had rolled out of bed himself. Reid still had a bed head, but it was almost unnoticeable because of the haircut he had received just days before. He decided to get it cut like his favorite doctor portrayed by David Tennant. Reid ran his fingers through his hair to try and maintain the cut. Garcia snickered. When he had seen her do this, he looked even more confused. Little did everyone know, Garcia and Hotch were the two on the team who had received and read over the case file, and for once Garcia was excited to see Spencer's face when he found out what the case was about. "Well, Reid why don't you read this files and tell me." Hotch said trying not to smirk but miserably failed. Hotch slid the copy of the file across the table over to Spencer. "Okay." Reid said not sure why he was the only one to read it. It took no longer than 2 minutes for Spencer to completely read over the file. His eyes grew wide and a big smile grew on his face. Hotch and Garcia were tickled pink when they finally saw when he realized that the case was copied from one of his favorite TV shows , Doctor Who. "What is going on?" Morgan and Rossi asked looking at each other feeling left out of the group . JJ and Emily slowly caught on. " Is this about what you were watching with Henry last night ?" JJ asked trying not to laugh as well. Reid said nothing , but had a wide open smile and slowly nodded . Garcia was laughing because she and Spencer were binge watching Doctor Who the night before with their godchild , Henry. Reid snickered and mumbled, "Jadoon platoon, upon the moon." Garcia laughed and fell on the floor.
