It had been five years since the battle of the D-reaper and the invasion of the Parasimon, and thanks to the Digimon Tamers, everything was at peace.
While the occasional wild Digimon entered the Real World and caused trouble, Takato and the others managed to handle the problematic Digimon without the need to Bio-Merge, wither trying to reason with them or, if they continued to remain a danger, they would result to defeating it.
After five years has passed Takato and his friends had changed, both physically and mentally, but still always remained close friends.
Finished with high school, Takato had enrolled in college to study to become an artist, while Henry, Jeri, Kenta, Kazu and Rika also attended the same college as their Goggleheaded leader.
Henry, following in his father's footsteps wanted to become a programmer and focused his classes around technology, computers and programming.
Jeri decided she wanted to become a teacher, helping in bringing knowledge to future generations, while Rika, after being encouraged by her friends, especially Takato, opened up and revealed she wanted to major in music, which they all supported her in.
Kazu, loving being a Digimon Tamer and being seen as a hero, made up his mind and went into law enforcement, while Kenta, knowing not only the dangers Kazu and the rest of his friends often put themselves though wanted to help them, as well as others, went into medicine.
Rika was hesitant at first, thanks to her friends, especially Takato being so supportive towards her dreams, Rika became a music major, no longer afraid to hold back and was glad to sing.
And while, Ryo wasn't attending the same college as the rest of the Digimon Tamers, they all knew that whatever path he chose, he'd succeed and wished him the best.
After three years of college, not only had the Digimon Tamers passed their classes and had graduated, but Henry and Jeri, started to date on the second year of college, becoming boyfriend and girlfriend.
And, getting closer to each other, Takato and Rika soon realized their feelings for each other and started dating too.
It was a surprise at first, especially to Kazu and Kenta, for not being with Takato made Rika made her happy, but Takato's kind personality rubbed off on the Digimon Queen, making Kazu and Kenta believe Rika was originally under a form of mind control or had been replaced with a clone, whose personality was the reverse of the real Rika.
But after Rika overheard their theories, Kazu and Kenta soon learnt it was the real Rika, after a serious beating.
And while they were all studying hard, it didn't stop them from being close with their Digimon partners, who too had changed over the last few years.
Most noticeably Guilmon and Impmon.
Not only had Guilmon matured mentally, but had also changed physically, to which his muscle mass had increased and he had grown, becoming taller than Renamon.
Seeing his transformation made the feelings that Renamon kept inside herself soon bloom, to which she revealed to Guilmon that she loved him and he had won her heart, not just from his new appearance, but from still being just as kind and selfless when they first met, which Guilmon returned, revealing he loved her back, for he loved Renamon for her strong, determined and caring personality, as well as her beautiful body that any male, and the occasional female Digimon would love to get their hands on.
Impmon had changed like Guilmon, only his change was that of a Digivolution, to which he had managed gotten strong enough to reach his Mega Level form, Beelzemon, and maintain it without tiring and having to revert back to Impmon.
And just like Guilmon, he too found love in the form of a vixen Digimon, only this Digimon was BlackRenamon, Renamon's twin sister.
Starting off as enemies, BlackRenamon had always been the opposite of her sister, believing she didn't need a human to help her get stronger and joined up with the wrong types of Digimon.
But after she had entered the Real World to have some fun and cause some trouble, she was soon betrayed after she learnt that the dark Digimon she had joined wanted more than to create a little chaos, they wanted to destroy the Real World.
However, before she was deleted, Beelzemon, showing up on his motorcycle, Behemoth, stepped in and defeated those who had used BlackRenamon, making her fall for him.
Not only because he had saved her life, showing great concern for her as he did, but the biker ensemble gave Beelzemon a 'bad boy' vibe that BlackRenamon found irresistible.
And after switching sides, joining Beelzemon, Guilmon and her sister in taking down the dark Digimon, BlackRenamon learnt all the years she had sought power alone was a mistake and working alongside others who cared about her was the right path, to which she and Ai became Tamer and partner, Ai gaining a light pink D-Power, while BlackRenamon gained the strength to Digivolve to her Mega form, Kuzuhamon, which wiped out the threat that had befallen upon Shinjuku.
With BlackRenamon now part of the Digimon Tamers, and the third year of college over, the Tamers all graduated and celebrated alongside their Digimon partners with a party of graduation at Rika's home, the shocking part was that Rika was actually the one who planned it.
"To friends!" They all cheered, unsure what would happen in the next couple of years, but knew together their futures looked bright.
-Five years later-
Takato had become a great artist, inspired to create comics based off the adventures he had with Guilmon and his friends and also took charge of the Matsuki Bakery after his parents had retired, alongside Guilmon, Renamon and his wife, Rika Matsuki, she became major singer in music as well as their daughter Samantha 'Sammy' Matsuki and her Digimon partner, Ruilmon.
Ruilmon, being the child of Guilmon and Renamon had gained aspects from both her parents.
While she had the appearance of a Guilmon, she had her mother's grace and beauty, giving her a great advantage of speed whenever she would engage in combat, along with her father's kindness and determined personality, making her never give up on herself or her friends.
Just like her Digimon partner, Sammy too had both outer and inner aspects of her parents, to which she had brown coloured hair that went past her shoulders, a pair of blue eyes like her mother's, while she proudly wore her father's old Goggles around her head.
A white top and a red jacket covered the top of her body, while a blue skirt and a pair of trainers adorned her legs and feet.
And, just like her dad's, she too had a red coloured D-Power, showing she too had what it took to become a great Digimon Tamer and just as great a leader as her father.
Henry and Jeri also achieved their goals, to which Henry became the head of an IT company, assisting in the many problems and glitches inside the computer network, while Jeri became a teacher, teaching middle school students, which made her happy, not only because she was able to help educate them about writing, maths, but also about Digimon, for many of her students had Digimon Partners of their own.
And just like Takato and Rika, they too had a child, a son named Leo Wong, who was a genius, just like his father.
And just like Henry, so too did Leo have a hairstyle similar to his father's when he was a kid, while he wore a white sleeveless shirt, a blue jacket and black jeans.
He also had a Digimon partner, BlackTerriermon.
However, unlike Ruilmon, Leo wound up partners with BlackTerriermon when he entered the Real World, met up with Leo and, after getting to know each other, became close friends and part of the Digimon Tamers.
And while Kazu, Kenta or Ryo never married, they still had fulfilling lives, to which Kazu wound up following the path of law enforcement with Guardromon and wound up as an officer, patrolling Shinjuku to protect its citizens.
Kenta had become a doctor, working alongside MarineAngemon to treat the injuries of humans and Digimon alike, while Ryo revealed he had become a profession Digimon fighter.
After Digimon had been accepted into the Real World, living alongside humans, new jobs and opportunities opened up to both, to which Ryo and Cyberdramon began competing in fights to show they were the toughest Tamers around, earning great amounts of money, which wasn't as important to them as the fans they had made and inspired to get stronger like them.
Lastly, Suzie, Ai and Mako, after ten years, were now all fourteen and attending the same school, to which they were students of Jeri Wong.
While Henry would always be her big brother and try to look out for her, he knew there would be times he wouldn't be there for her, so he spent time training her and Lopmon to become great Digimon Tamers, teaching them good combination Cards that would work with Lopmon and even help Lopmon achieve her Champion and Ultimate forms, Turuiemon and Antylamon.
And as for Ai and Mako, both were surprised when they found out BlackRenamon was pregnant with Impmon's Digi-Egg, which eventually came into existence, revealing to be a dark purple Digi-Egg that had black spots on it, eventually hatching into a Kiimon.
And after a few months, she reached her Rookie Level, to which she looked almost like her dad, except her gloves, the bandana around her neck were a shade of pink and she had a more feminine figure, to which they decided to name her Impamon.
