Okay, I got a request for Kailor! So here it is.
I'm going to work on the next chapter of Phoenix after this...
Disclaimer: I don't own Ninjago
His fingers fiddled with his iPhone, wondering whether he should do it.
'Come on, man!' He thought, 'just ask her and get it over with!'
And it was decided.
The fire master turned on his phone and dialled Skylor's number. He put the phone up to his ear.
"Hello?" asked the angelic voice on the other end.
"Hey, Skylor!" Kai said.
"What's up, Kai?"
"Hey, um, I was wondering if you'd like to go out to lunch with me on Sunday!"
Skylor giggled. "I'd love to!"
It took all of Kai's self control not to scream out.
"Okay! Want me to pick you up at eleven?"
"Sounds good," She responded.
"Okay, I guess I'll see you then!"
"Bye, Kai."
"See yah."
"Bye." And with that, she hung up-
-and the fire master screamed.
"OH MAH GAWD SHE ACCEPTED!" He yelled.
"Shut up!" Cole yelled from the kitchen.
Under normal circumstances, Kai would've snapped back, but this wasn't 'normal circumstances', so instead he just said: "Sorry!"

The Date
Kai was waiting rather impatiently by Chen's Noodle House on his red motorcycle.
A few minutes later, Skylor walked out, wearing an orange dress that stopped just above her knees. Her red hair was tied back in its usual ponytail.
Kai's jaw dropped.
"Hey, Kai," she said.
He snapped out of his stupor and smiled through his helmet.
"Hey, Sky. You ready to roll?"
She smiled and nodded.
He threw her another red helmet. She put it on and climbed onto the motorcycle. When she was on, she wrapped her arms around his torso.
"Take me away, Hot Stuff."
And they rode off to a little cafe in Downtown New Ninjago.
At the cafe, Kai allowed Skylor to hop off the motorcycle first. She took off her helmet.
Kai took a few seconds to gaze at her face, her gorgeous face...
And he hopped off and took off his helmet.
They went inside, and sat at a table. The waitress came by, took their order and drinks and left them.
"How are you?" Kai asked.
She shrugged. "Guess I'm okay. How about you?"
He smiled at her. "Better now that I'm with you."
She blushed.
"How's business at the Noodle House?" Kai asked.
"We're getting a lot more popular, now that Chen's gone," Her face fell.
"What's wrong?" Kai asked, taking her warm hand.
"It's...it's...just..." She sighed.
"Talk to me," he encouraged, his face softening.
"I...I miss Chen. I know it's wrong, and I shouldn't be missing him. He was so evil. But...he was still my father. And the twisted part is he didn't even treat me like I was his daughter. What's wrong with me?!"
Kai squeezed her hand.
"It's okay, Sky. He was you dad, the only one you had left. It's okay to miss him. Nothing's wrong with you."
The waitress came with their food and left. Skylor sighed.
"I'm sorry, Kai."
Kai kissed her knuckles.
"Don't be," he said. "None of that was your fault."
And after that, the two ate their lunch and laughed and joked.
When they were done, they went to Kai's motorcycle and faced each other.
"Thank you, Kai. That was a lot of fun."
He smiled, taking her hand.
She smiled and leaned into his chest.
"You smell like charred marshmallows," Skylor commented.
Kai chuckled and sniffed her hair. Skylor giggled.
"And you," Kai said, "smell like strawberry shortcake."
Skylor laughed.
"So hot," she said, their foreheads touching.
He smirked.
"That's me."
And the two kissed.
