God is a savior to us all.
There to help us, when we fall.
Always watching us to make sure we live by his word.
Whether we be a stupid jock or the school's smartest nerd.
Saving us everyday from the demons of hell.
So in the end, we can hear heaven's sweet bell.
There when we are seeming to be down.
To reach out in hand and overturn that frown

But hoping we forgive them in song.
There up in heaven, he hopes we all join him.
Whether we be ugly or pretty like a gem.
Walking along on god's golden path
Taking a break to wash in his sinless bath.
When we reach the end and knock on his mighty door
He pulls us in and he helps us soar.

There are different sets of people who think of the end of their days
Mostly thinking about how they are dealing with their sinful ways.
People say they are afraid of the end of their time.
Living their life currently on every little dime.
Ones that take their time and honor the guy watching from above.
Will be shadowed in the end with his undying love.

No matter which path down the road of life you take.
There is one person who lives with the decisions you make.
The one guy who sent his only son to forgive our misdeeds
Knowing later, that his creatures cannot fight such sinful needs.
Giving us the ultimate sacrifice to show how much love he has for us all.
Wanting for us to spread his word in school, the park, and the mall.
When we reach our end to the gates of god.
He wants us to enter with his almighty nod.
