Got the idea while watching the Turbo movie. Jason's POV on his attempted escape. I'm going with the assumption that he heard Divatox's henchmen call her by name. Not meant to be Jason/Kim though it can be read as such. Belongs to Haim Saban.
I had just reached the hatch when it slammed shut. Frantically, I made my way to the surface. Then, I heard the sound of water rushing towards me. With a terrible pit in my stomach, I realized that Divatox must've realized what we were doing. I coughed as the water covered me, seeping into my lungs. I tried to fight for a breath, to no avail. Then, it all drained away and I was left standing on the ground.
"Open the emergency hatch," I heard her voice say. This was done and I flashed them a weak grin. Hey, couldn't blame a guy for tryin'. Especially if he was an ex-Ranger. And at least Kim was safe. She, Bulk, and Skull had made it out. I didn't care what happened or what Divatox did to me as long as she was okay. As long as Kim was okay, it was all worth it. Getting Kim out of here was the only important thing. As long as she wasn't in any danger, it had been worth it. As long as Kim was safe, it had been worth the risk.
