AN: This story will be about three Slytherins in Harry's year and their adventures. I will only write some of their adventures, a bit like a bunch of one-shots. Enjoy the story! Oh yeah, I do not own Harry Potter.
Chapter 1: Before Hogwarts: When We Met
Draco Malfoy, Blaise Zabini and Daphne Greengrass met during a party. A party at the Malfoy Manor, to be exact. It was Draco's birthday and Lucius Malfoy had invited important pureblood families to the party. The three of them were 10 years old at that time.
Draco had already met Blaise before. They know of each other and of their families. They met a few times before, but never really got to know each other.
Blaise met Daphne during the party. He had asked Daphne if she wanted to dance with him. Respectfully, Daphne accepted and they had a great time.
Daphne had never got to know Draco before Blaise introduced her to the young Malfoy. She knew that Blaise had met Draco before and since he is the host, it was respectful to introduce Blaise's date to Draco.
The three chatted and got to know each other. They laughed and had a good time.
"So Daphne, how was dancing with Blaise?" Draco teased.
Daphne blushed a bit and replied, "Why, Draco, Blaise is a lovely guy. I had the time of my life dancing with him."
Now it was Blaise's turn to blush even though he knew that Daphne was joking. Draco smiled knowingly and was about to tease them farther.
"How about you, mate? Who did you dance with?" Blaise asked, trying to get the topic off him.
"With Pansy Parkinson," Draco simply answered, making a face. It was obvious that he didn't have a great time.
"Didn't had fun, did you, Malfoy?" Daphne playfully asked Draco.
"No," the young Malfoy replied.
Daphne shrugged. She also disliked Pansy. The way Pansy acts just annoy her. She didn't knew why the Parkinson girl annoyed her, but she just did. Maybe it's the way she thinks she's so amazing when she's not. Or the fact that she claims that she can get every boy. Suddenly, Miss Greengrass got an idea.
"Hey, how about you dance with me? If that's find with you, Blaise," she asked the birthday boy.
Draco raised an eyebrow and replied, "Sure, but why so sudden?"
"I just want to prove that I'm better than Parkinson," Daphne smirked.
"Slytherin through and through," Blaise grinned in approval. Draco nodded, agreeing. "Maybe we can hang out together at school," Blaise suggested.
"Why not?" Daphne told Blaise. "Come on, Draco, let's dance."
Daphne led Draco to the dance floor, smiling smugly when she saw Parkinson staring. Daphne waved to Pansy, still smiling. Draco laughed when he saw Pansy's reaction.
After one dance, Draco and Daphne headed back to Blaise. Blaise laughed along the other two when they told him about Pansy Parkinson's reaction at seeing them dance.
This may seem impossible, but it looks these three young purebloods have become friends. They seem to really enjoy talking to each other. Soon, it was already time for Daphne and Blaise to go home.
"Hope we'll meet again soon," Daphne said, smiling to the two boys.
"Sure, and even if we don't, we'll meet in Hogwarts," Blaise responded.
"I just hope that you will be Slytherin with me," Draco smirked.
"Of course we would be!" the Italian boy shooked Draco's hand. "See you then, mate."
The three of them said their good byes. They thought of hope that night. Of hope that they could become friends. They were all purebloods worthy of Slytherin, so that was very possible. Yes, it was.
AN: How was it? Please review! I know that Draco is a bit OOC in this chapter but that will improve later.
