Sagittarius – the archer
There were books of all kinds in his grandmother's house. The best of the world literature in expensive leather covers neatly aligned on dark mahogany shelves, and Ban meticulously devoured each of them, memorizing, analyzing, storing for later use or discarding each piece of information. Art, Science, Economy, Politics, each topic was a target he aimed with deadly precision and dominated with steady, systematic actions.
Lapithes x Centaurus
His first real battle had been wild, bloody and cruel. He was found hunched on the ground, surrounded by dead opponents, shaking like a leaf, eyes wide and glazed. Later, under Maria's severe scrutiny, Ban admitted that the shock he suffered had been more out of excitement than horror or fear.
Fire – Jupiter
Ban never envied the white-collar workers who hurriedly rushed through the streets of Shinjuku. For all advantages they had – a steady job with decent salary, benefits, and a solid retirement plan - their eyes reminded him too much of little guinea pigs in a cage. That, he thought, wasn't life. For Ban, life was a job with no boss, no office, no boring routine; the freedom to enjoy a sunny afternoon in a park in the middle of the week; the thrill of jumping into yet another adventure with Ginji by his side.
Kheiron - Asclepius
Ginji, as opposed to Himiko, is a responsibility Ban had willingly taken to himself. He does not know why; it's just one of those things instinct screams "do it!". It was a good decision, though, one that Ban never had reason to regret. He likes to think that the cheerful glint in those brown eyes is, in part, of his doing – that the deep wounds in Ginji's soul were healing under playful swats, affectionate insults and jolly disputes over the last sushi roll in the plate. Because, whatever good Ban does to Ginji, Ginji returns in double – the warmth of his arms, his unwavering trust and faith a refreshing balm to Ban's shattered heart.

In case you are curious about the keywords for each paragraph, Ban is a Sagittarius. This sign belongs to the element Fire and is represented by a Centaur and is also called The Archer. It is ruled by the planet Jupiter. Related to Sagittarius is also the legend of the siblings Lapithes and Centaurus, the first a noble warrior, the second a barbaric creature dominated by wild instincts.
