Something that happen once upon a time.
"I want you to continue the story about the princess and the jester."

Make-belive or true
"Yes, I remember now…. so the princess and her friends have just found out that their newest friend was just a sorceress in disguise. That meant that the jester, who fell for the sorceress was in danger, but he didn't know it yet."
"And when he finally did it was too late, right Mommy?"
"Yes, it was too late as the jester was heart broken when he finally learned the news. When the team was able to confront the sorceress and her cohorts, the jester was able to convince her to see the error of her ways and the sorceress scarified herself to save the jester and her friends."
"Did the jester ever find love again, Mommy?"
"Yes, although it was a long time before the person of his crush realized it. Now it time for little girls like you to go back to sleep."
Read me a story.
And when it's through
Here's what I Promise to do

Author's notes:
First off I would like to thank, fellow Beast Boy and Raven fan-fic writer, The Sacred and Profane who I dedicated this story to, and his story entitiled, Absolution, which was the inspiration for this story.
Secondly this story is also was inspired by a Sesame Street Song, entitled Read Me A Story, that features Big Bird telling Zoe a song of how to convince the adults to read to them.
Hope you all enjoyed this short tale of Raven telling her daughter a story that seem very familiar...
