It was a cold, dark night in Titans' Tower. Rain beating down on the roof, thunder blasting in ears, blinding lightning striking in many different places. However, a night like this was not normally scary or tragic for the Titans. They have battled many worse dangers than a dark stormy night, but that night… that night…

Was different.

Yes my friends, different. It all started at about 10:00 when Starfire decided to go to sleep. She was very tired after many battles against enemies like Control Freak and Dr. Light. As she passed by Robin's room, she heard some funny noises.

"Robin?" she asked. "Robin, what is going on? Are you in pain?"

No, Robin was indeed not in any pain at all. In fact, it was Starfire's biggest mistake to open that door of his.

She shrieked as she saw what was going on in his room. "AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIEEEEE!!!" She fired starbolts all over the place in fury and might. "Why are you doing this to me?!"

Robin, standing up from his bed, looked back at where he was laying to find the body of another random blonde girl. "Hey, how did that get there?" he asked, puzzled beyond belief.

Starfire dramatically fell to the floor! "Now I have to write a note for all my friends to read, say something nasty about you in it, leave the tower, and then become one of those pop stars as you call them!"

Robin scratched his head in utter confusion. "Huh?"

"Goodbye, Robin! And… I HATE YOU!"

"No you don't!" he retorted as she stormed away.

Starfire flew to her bedroom, flopped onto her bed, grabbed a paper and pen, and began writing:

Dear Titans,

Because I have experienced the tragedy of Robin lying on top of another girl in his bed, I am afraid I must depart from you.

Raven – I always enjoyed wondering why you are so dark. I am sorry that you now have to be the only female in the tower. I thank you for being bold like that.

Beast Boy – You clorbag varblernelk! I will miss you and your jokes horribly!

Cyborg – Booyah! That is all.

Robin – I hope she sucks at kissing. Because KISS MY GREBNECKS! Actually no, please do not.

Love,

Starfire.

Starfire folded the note, put it in an envelope, handed it to Raven who magically appeared right next to her as she finished writing the letter, and began packing her things.

Raven opened the envelope and gave Starfire the arched eyebrow look. "Uh… Starfire? You know you don't have to do this, right?"

Starfire shook her head. "I know. It will not solve anything to run away and become a pop star. But all the fanfictions say that I will become one as soon as Robin cheats on me, so I decided, 'Why not?'"

"He cheated on you?"

"Well, no, not really. I just asked Beast Boy to put a blonde girl underneath Robin as he was sleeping so it would give me an excuse to run away. Everyone knows that he would never actually cheat on me."

"I still don't get why you want to leave."

"I do not want to leave. But I have to because it is what the fanfictions say I must do."

"I thought you said that you didn't have to."

"This is just a big plot hole. Just let me leave, all right?"

Raven sighed. "Fine. Have your pop star fun."

Starfire smiled and glomped Raven, crying. "Oh Raven, thank you very much for being my friend instead of that stupid old Robin!"

"Uh… sure?"

Starfire let her go. "It happens in all the fanfictions. I always have someone I personally say an emotional goodbye to."

"O…kay… just leave."

"I will. Be sure Robin, Cyborg, and Beast Boy all read the note too!" Starfire opened the window, took all her belongings, and flew out to the middle of nowhere.

Raven watched her for a few minutes. "This is the stupidest thing I have ever been a part of."
