First attempted Keyshipping drabble.
As most of you know, I'm huge on Sharkbaitshipping. They will always be my first love xD On the other hand, I don't mind Keyshipping at all, as it's canon in the manga (or so I heard) and I certainly don't hate it like I do Skyshipping, the cliche and forced pairing of the anime (sadly, they just had to ruin Yuuma and Kotori's friendship :( ).
But nah, this drabble is Astral x Yuuma, AU since Yuuma is a Barian (I seem to be in love with Barian!Yuuma...) but they are both in their 'human' forms in this one, just so it's known.
Two Sides of The Same Coin
"Yuuma."
The boy looked away from the vaning sunset, at Astral, who had taken on a somewhat human form after the war. He smiled and then chuckled, reaching out to take the other's hand.
"Yeah, Astral?"
"What is so special about the sun setting?" the Astralian asked.
"Well..." the Barian began. "... some people watch the sunset with their special someone. The other side of their coin, you might say. It's supposed to be romantic, according to Kotori at least." he blushed, letting go of the other's hand. "I'm sorry..."
"What for?" the other raised his eyebrow. "It is very beautiful and I can see why it would be romantic..."
"Really?" the younger boy's face lit up as he asked.
"Yes, really." the older teen smiled warmly. "Shall we go for a walk?"
"Yeah, we shall." Yuuma took Astral's hand again and, as they walked, he wished on his star. For a brighter and happier future, so that they could leave the horrible war they had behind them.
"KATTOBINGU!"
