Zira and Simba never interfered when Kovu and Kiara first met. Hence, they continued to meet and fall in love. They seemed destined to be together, till Kiara found she was promised by Simba to another lion. Worrying her chance to be with Kovu will be gone, Kiara sneaks off and joins the Outlanders to be with Kovu. (Still in developmental stages)

Yes, I know that there is no text here. I'll get to it. I'm just wondering what people think of the premise. I'm still trying to figure out what to do with an Outlander Kiara. If you recall in Romeo and Juliet, Romeo and Juliet were in love, but Juliet was actually promised to Paris. Since Lion King 2 was kind of based off of that, I'm wondering how Kiara being promised to another lion would have affected Simba's Pride. Any suggestions (in the reviews or via PM) would be helpful.
