(Third Person POV)Erica, Benny, Ethan, and Sarah were all in Ethan's living room waiting for something... you know... supernatural to happen.
"How do you know when you're completely bored?" Benny said lazily.
"When I'm listening to your jokes?" Sarah groaned.
"Nooooooo," Benny glared at her, "When you're waiting to be killed!"
"He's got a point..." Ethan said as Benny sat on the couch next to Erica, who had ear buds in. She rolled her eyes, hearing them with her vampire senses.
"Hey, Erica?" Benny said innocently, scooting closer to her.
"What is it, dorkface?" she sighed.
"Can I listen?" Benny leaned in. Erica slowly turned toward him with a blank face. Ethan and Sarah, having migrated to the kitchen doorway, grabbed a bowl of chips and stared intently a the scene. Benny, sensing what she was going to say, cocked his head and pouted. The Puppy Dog.
"...Yes."
"Huuuuuuuh?" Sarah gasped. Ethan grabbed a handful of chips and nodded enthusiastically at Benny with wide eyes.
"Thank you." Benny said, glancing at Sarah and Ethan with a raised brow. Erica handed Benny the right ear bud. Now both of Benny's eyebrows were raised. Seeing as he was on Erica's right side, He would have to get closer to her so he wouldn't break the cord. Sarah dropped the chips.
"Seriously, guys," Erica said over her shoulder as Benny hesitantly grabbed the bud and moved closer, "It's kinda pathetic."
The song turned out to be Super Bass, Nicki Minaj. Erica, who thought she should emphasize the similarities between them and the song, started singing some lyrics.
"Beatin' like a drum and its comin' your way," she laughed, poking Benny's chest. She could actually hear it. He flushed lightly, amusement in his eyes. "Can't you hear that boom, badoom-boom, boom, badoom-boom, bass." Sarah chuckled at Benny. "This one is for the boys in the polos," Erica laughed tugging his colar.
"Please stop..." Benny squeaked, laughing, as she ran a finger down his blood-flushed cheek.
" I can tell that you're in touch with your feminine side..." At this, Erica, Sarah, and Ethan burst out laughing as Benny jumped up.
"Hey!" He frowned, then looked at the iPod. "Hey, Erica, your iPod needs charge."
"Aww," Ethan said, snickering at Benny's glare.
"Well, now we're bored again..." Benny thought for a few seconds before jumping up and running to the bathroom. He came back a few seconds later and stood in front of Erica.
"Whoopth, I theem tho have bit my thounge..." Erica looked up and sniffed. Benny licked his lips and cocked his head hopefully. Erica took the bait and kissed him long and hard. Her lips were hard and icy compared to his, and they both liked it.
"What do I taste like?" Benny inquired, pulling away. Erica tapped her chin in thought.
"Cinnamon bun. With a side of strawberries." Erica decided.
"Wait, wait," Ethan said, "How does that work?"
"It's a personality thing for some people. Plus his magic thing," Sarah said, shrugging.
"And dorkface?" Erica narrowed her eyes. "That never happened." Then, she used her vampire speed to run out.
"Sweet!"
