"Hey, you've been saying that you've been wanting to go to America, right?"
"Yeah. Is this another assignment, or a free vacation?"
"Very funny. I've found a Joestar in America. Might be a Stand user. Blue hair, black hoodie, his name is James Lucas Joestar, enjoys musical theater. Send a hair sample back for testing."
The plane touched down in Birmingham without so much as a bump. The Japanese man stepped off of the plane, holding his briefcase.
He checked into a hotel, and decided to go see a show. This went better than he could've hoped.
His target was in the show, and as he was walking out, our man followed him a little ways.
The boy wore a hat, ripped in two, open at the back. A star shaped pin adorned the brim, along with a pin shaped like the letter J, and another shaped into the number 2, spelling 2JO. He wore a black hoodie, with white and red lettering spelling JO, so no matter how you looked at it it spelled JoJo. Our man walked up to him and called out.
"Hey. You! Are you James Lucas Joestar?"
Lucas turned around.
"Who's asking?"
"Would you show me your left shoulder?"
"Who are you?"
"My name is Koichi Hirose."
"Wait, who?"
"Koichi Hirose. Speedwagon Foundation employee, Stand Division? Ringing any bells?"
"A relative of mine told me about a Jotaro, and a Speedwagon Foundation, but I didn't remember any of it."
"Will you show me your left shoulder, again?"
Lucas pulled down his hoodie to show our man the star shaped birthmark near his left shoulder.
"Hm. How are there any Joestars though?"
"George had a second child, which was born right before his death. This child was placed into an orphanage, and grew up, with the name Joestar. That man had a child, and eventually I was born. Now, what's in your briefcase?"
Koichi opened his briefcase, showing the Stand Arrow.
"This is a Stand Arrow. If you get pierced with it, it will grant you a Stand."
A new voice called out.
"And that is why you will give the Arrow to me."
Lucas whirled around, not seeing anything except for a bunch of pigeons. A random bird suddenly swoops by and plucks the feather out of Koichi's hand. It morphs and stretches in midair, becoming a 18 year old boy with piercing icy blue eyes, and a few feathers dangling off of his left ear. He spits the arrow into his hand.
"Who are you?" Koichi asks the man.
"Call me Feathers."
"Give me back that arrow!" Koichi told the man.
"If you insist."
Feathers threw the Arrow at Lucas. It started glowing green as it flew through the air. It pierced through his stomach.
"I don't feel so good Mr Hirose."
