Harry Potter and the Second War

Prolouge

Vanessa Zabini sat up and glanced at the graduation picture on her desk. Her eyes filled with tears as she remembered what had changed. James and Lily were killed just over 3 years afterwards. Peter betrayed them and ran for his life. Sirius was blamed and sent to Azkaban. He'd escaped and then died. Remus hadn't been seen for years until the Order of the Phoenix was re formed. Frank and Alice had been tortured by Death Eaters until their minds went. Celestina Warbeck had disappeared for several years and re appeared as a pop star 3 years later. She was the only one Vanessa had seen properly The Triwizard Tournament just over a year ago.

Suddenly Vanessa pulled put a piece of her personal monogrammed stationary dipped her pen in purple ink and began to write.

Dear Tina,

I'm sure you've heard by now of Sirius's death and I send my condolences. I was looking at the calendar and I noticed that Harry's birthday is in 3 days. I then checked the documents on the Eyrie and noticed that he will come into possession of the Eyrie when he turns sixteen. After that it is his choice as to where he lives. As you are one of the trustees to Harry's estate we need to vote as to whether Harry will live at Gryphons Eyrie. According to Remus his guardians are the worst type of Muggles.

Lots of love

Vanessa.

The group of people sat in the large office. They were the trustees of the estate of Harry James Godric Carlo Nicodemo Cristoforo Cyrille Jules Renaud Rory Frazier Jaume Andreu Ivan Alexander Potter, Duke of Gryffindor and Earl of Godric's Hollow. Their names were: Vanessa Zabini, Zonarius Zabini, Amelia Bones, Antoinette Bones, Jonathon Bones, Celestina Warbeck, Giles Bibliotheca, Princess Michael of Kent, Lord Charles, Lady Henriette-Anne.

"Apologies for absence?" asked Mr Bibliotheca.

"None," said Amelia Bones.

"Then to the question of the day: Will the Duke carry on living with his cousins or will he live at Gryphons Eyrie with Lady Henriette-Anne and Lord Charles?

"The muggles hate him." Said Remus bluntly.

"Lady Henriette-Anne?"

"I sense great fear," the elf said shutting her amber eyes, "I also sense great anger, I don't believe that this is a suitable place for Harry to live in when the Eyrie is unused."

"Does anyone have any objections?" asked Mr. Bibliotheca. The group shook their heads.

"I that case the Duke shall be taken to Gryphons Eyrie tomorrow. Good day."
