Chisaki wakes up to see the face of Tsumugu.
I do not own Nagi no Asukara.
- O – O – O – O – O -
It was a particularly tiring day.
Chisaki did classroom chores after dismissal.
Then just before returning home, she met a teacher carrying a lot of books.
Having a kind heart, she couldn't leave the teacher alone and decided to help him.
After that, it rained outside and the sky rumbled along the dark clouds.
Chisaki feared that it would take long for her to return home since she forgot to bring an umbrella, and she had to prepare dinner for the Kihara family.
Chisaki was just having the thoughts of running through the rain when she felt a shadow loom over her.
Chisaki looked up to see a blue umbrella, with sea waves as designs.
That was her umbrella.
Chisaki wondered who could have brought it as she turned around.
Chisaki blinked.
Then the scenery changed.
It took a moment for Chisaki to adjust to the surroundings… and there was Tsumugu's face.
She gasped as she realized she had just woken up from a dream… and there was Tsumugu's face.
"Tsu- Tsumugu!"
"You're awake," said Tsumugu, as blank as ever.
However, Chisaki had known him for quite a long time already and she just looked at his bright eyes.
"What brings you here, Tsumugu?" Chisaki asked.
"I was waiting for you to wake up."
"Why are you waiting in my room?"
"Your snore is soft. I liked hearing it."
"It doesn't change the fact that you just entered my room."
"You sleep in a very nice way."
Chisaki blushed a little. "Wha- what do you mean?"
"You have a pretty face, even on bed."
"Tsu- Tsumugu!"
"Chisaki."
Chisaki hid her face with a pillow. "You can get out of my room now."
Tsumugu remained unmoving. "Chisaki."
"Tsumugu."
"Chisaki."
"Tsu-"
That was when Chisaki became aware of Tsumugu's attire.
"How come you're dressed already? It's just near 6AM," Chisaki said as she turned her head to glance at her alarm clock.
"I think that clock is not working."
Chisaki stared blankly at Tsumugu as her mind registered the words.
"EHHHh?!" Chisaki suddenly sat up in bed but ended up hitting her head on Tsumugu's chin.
Both persons exclaimed a word of pain.
"So- sorry!"
"That hurts, Chisaki."
"Sorry!"
"We're late, Chisaki."
"Tsumugu! Why do you have to sound so calm about it?!"
"At least, you're with me when I walk to school."
