Hey guys since i might know how HTTYD 3 might end i thought i do a fic that takes o way after the events of HTTYD 3 so heres a prologue
(A pitch black scene appears with smoke an old voice starts to speak)
"When I was young... (a strange old dragon looking like a hybrid of a fury and monsterous nightmare appears with Blue eyes) there were humans, not many know what happened to them but some say we killed them all but I say they destroyed each other. Their downfall began with the rediscovery of our kind"
(80 years ago, in the middle of the ocean)
Deep in the middle of the sea lies a hole. It wasn't just any hole but a gateway to whole new hidden world. From the distance of the hole we're a fleet of 3 ships. The ships are best described to be made of metal with a strange blue symbol that looks like an upside down pentagon with three spikes above.
The ships approaching the hole seems to be a crew of scientists who ware actually mages due to the robes or trench coats they wear. Among the crew looks a team of four getting ready for an operation as the fleet stopped a few miles from hole. Inside the larger ship was a command center with various crew members getting in position as the oldest member in high official outfit was overseeing the operation.
As the four man team consisting of three assualt and one collector got in the heliocopter, from the radio an old voice in static was heard "alright crew intelligence say that the so called Hidden world is actually an underground world filled mythical creatures called dragons" one of the team members chuckled and leaned toward the radio and asked "are you serious captain?" The captin speaking from the radio continued to speak "yes Sargent I'm serious, our superiors have tasked us to enter the secret dragon land in order to retrieve at least ten eggs from each nest based on a list of breeds we need you to follow" the computer in the chopper showed at least 20 breeds of dragon nests to collect ten eggs from each of them. The team observed it until the captin spoke again "at the count of 5 prepare for take off" the count down started " 5,4,3,2,1 we have lift off" the helio wasn't an ordinary one though. The helicopter that the team were in was a prototype stealth chopper with the purpose of getting places quietly.
As the helicopter entered the hole the youngest member of the team looked outside through the window and back to his comrades. With curiosity the younger member was curious about the nature of the mission so he had to ask a few questions. "So guys" the young member spoke gaining attention "so why do you think we getting them eggs if they actually exist" the middle age member with a wool hat just made a smug like look "I dunno, I think I egg heads mention about reintegrating them to the surface" the female member of the team who was the collecter was the most excited of the team as she couldn't wait to see if the hidden world was true or not "if that rumor is true than I really hope it succeds!" The leader of the squad didn't look amused, he had heard stories that contradict what the guy mentioned. The rumor was that the superiors were planning on experiments.
As the squad spoke, the pilot was focused on track until a bright light started to show causing his and his co pilots mouth to slowly open. The pilot in aw decided to break the silence. "Guys you might wanna look at this" the crew looked out from the cockpit and the reactions were priceless. It was like how it was described in the old stories. An entire planet within a planet filled with countless dragons.
In order not to be seen the chopper was now in stealth mode in order to not to be seen. The squad were now deployed so they could start collecting the eggs from the listed nests. The first nest was the nadder nest. The collecter took out a device that looked like a beacon placed it on the egg. The device started to glow enveloping not only the egg but the other nine surrounding it quitely transporting them to the command ship. What they didn't know was they were being stalked by one of the dragons that looked like a fury.
As the collecting team proceeded, the helio pilots made camp as they both observe the coral like beauty of the hidden world until a more larger dragon started to approach them from behind. The two pilots started to hear an angry growl causing them to slowly turn their heads meeting a sight of an angry purple thoomerang.
Meanwhile the team were collected the final batch and are relived until the fury that was following them landed right in front of them looking pissed realizing what the humans where stealing their eggs. The fury that looking angry at them was gigantic with a steel colored scales and terrifying blue eyes making a large roar causing all the nearby dragons to flock by its side causing the flee accidental leaving their weapons behind. As the team ran for their lives the squad leader put his hand on his helmet "pilot this squad leader we are under attack, the dragons had spotted us reapet" sadly the pilots didn't use the stealth feature so the chopter was destroyed by other dragons whom joined the thoomerang as the pilots were either eaten or killed.
The pilots eventually got surrounded by the flock of angry dragons. The leader once again tried to use his communicator but to mission command this time.
Back at the command ship the crew were cheering at their victory of gathering the yearly egg gathering until a static of the squad were begging for help. "Commmand!(static) this is(more static) the dragons had spotted us we need help" the plea for help was interrupted by a big roar or more as sounds of fire breath, claw, and teeth are heard. The captain of the just sighed in disappointment as they were not the only ones who risked entering the hidden world but at least the mission was complete with one question remains "how are we going explain to their parents"
