Just Desserts

One day, Cilan was busy in the kitchen making a yummy looking cake. It had three layers of chocolate, yummy nugget in between the layers, carmal drizzled on the sides, & lots of chocolate frosting on the top. Cilan calls it a Carmal Nugget Chocolate Cake. This cake had the 'dog' drooling. "Cilan, can I try a little?" the pup asked, reaching for some. The baking chef soon smacked his hand away. "No, this is for a wedding. Now beat it." Ash sulked away, to his girlfriend's room & curled up on her bed.

"He kicked you out, huh?" she asked. The 'dog' simply nodded. Iris soon got out a bag of candy. "Well, I'll share my treats with you. How does that sound?" Ash was happy again. "Ok." was all he said.

Later, Cilan was in the living room with the couple, who were still noming on candy & doggie treats. After a while, the doorbell rings & Cilan gets it. Its a pizza boy. The chef had ordered pizza, which surprises the couple. "But I thought you said you were gonna make a cheesy noodle thing for dinner." Ash said. "Well, I changed my mind, and wanted pizza. So, dinner is served." & with that, they all went in the kitchen to eat. Ash had about three slices, with kibble mixed in.

After dinner, Cilan said that he had a surprise for dessert. He then got out a few slices of the wedding cake that Ash wanted to try. That made him start drooling again... however his stomach started grumbling, warning him not to eat anything else. Ash, being the idiot he is, ignores it. That was a bad idea...

For after they had gotten done eating, the 'pet' soon callasped on his side, in pain. Iris rushed over to see what was wrong, while Cilan knew all along. "Ash, whats wrong?" "...My stomach really hurts..." he manged to say. He then curled up into a ball. the chef then came over, picked up the sick 'pup' & held him over his shoulder. "I'm gonna go put him in his bed." Iris soon followed him.

Once in Ash's room, Cilan gave him two tablets to take. "Here, take these and in a few hours you'll feel better." Ash swallowed them and lied down. His girlfriend was in the doorway. "Don't worry, Iris. I gave him some medicine. He should be fine after a while." Cilan said, as he left.

Iris sat by her boyfriend on his bed. "Tell me where it hurts." "All over..." he sounded like he was in a lot of pain. The girl soon rubbed his aching belly, trying to soothe the pain. "You know this is my fault." "Huh...?" "I shouldn't have let you have all that candy and those doggie treats before dinner." Ash pecked her on her cheek, with much difficulty. "I think it was my own fault for not listening to my stomach..." "What do you mean?" "When Cilan had brought out the cake, my stomach made this weird grumbling noise, but I ignored it, and now look at me..." Iris stroked his hair. "There there, it'll be alright. Just get some rest now." she then pecked him on his forehead before leaving his room.

Late that night, around a little after 12 AM, Ash soon woke up & belched pretty loudly."Ah, I feel way better now!" he says. He gets out of bed and goes to the kitchen for a cup of water. Apperently, he woke up Iris, cause when he turned around to go back to his room, she was there in the doorway. "Ahh! Iris, where'd you come from?" "I heard some noises & went to go check them out. I found you in here getting some water." "Well, next time say something. You almost gave me a heart attack!" They then went back upstairs to their bedrooms, but Iris decides to stay with Ash for the night, to keep him company, after she had scared him to death.

So, this ends another day for the Trio, and Ash has learned a lesson on eating too many treats, cause 1) they fill you up fast 2) theres really no room for healthy food & 3) if you eat too much at one time, you'll get a stomachache...
