Dear God of Light, I know I wished I could ride a horse, but that doesn't mean you should actually turn me into one.
Along with swordsmanship, I could never actually ride a horse. This is something my teacher, Neo, admonished me mercilessly for.
"How are you still unable to ride a horse?!" Neo yells.
"How terrible can you be? I knew I should have had a backup student." He mumbled to himself, which was loud enough for me to hear.
"How should I know?!"
"It's not as if I mess up on purpose!" I said angrily.
Honestly, who cares if I am bad at horseback riding? No, you are not allowed to say that it's as bad as my swordsmanship. It's not like I ever even leave Leaf Bud City. At least, not of my own volition. If I had my way I would remain a church hermit forever.
Why would anyone want to do that, you ask? The girls of course! I know I am not supposed to put anyone higher than God as long as I am the sun knight, but are you crazy? What male in his right mind would want to remain a virgin for the rest of his life?!
Unfortunately, I can only look at a girl using my peripheral vision. Otherwise, once it was learned that I wasn't as innocent as I am supposed to be, then my reputation would be ruined. That's why, when I am in my own room, I can recall her and use her in any fantasy I could come up with to release my male urges. All the while remaining the cheerful, bright, honest sun knight that I am in public.
What? The sun knight is a lecherous bastard you say? What are you, a princess? (Since for some reason princesses can only think of me as a bastard) Maybe I am, but as long I am not found out by the common folk, then who cares? After all, the sun knight would never look at a woman because the only one he values above all is God.
Seriously, how could the first sun knight be this kind of person? Now every other sun knight has to suffer in following his image. I think he was either gay or he just hated women.
"haaah…." Being the Sun knight can be incredibly difficult because of him.
Back to the main topic. I have become a horse! Worse yet, it is in the temple of the God of Light, which houses the twelve Holy Knights.
Who are the Holy Knights, you say? Well, let me explain. The twelve Holy Knights are knights who are the representations of God. They are the ones who deliver Gods messages, since God cannot talk to us directly himself. They are separated into two factions; the warm-hearted faction and the cold-hearted faction. The former consists of the Sun knight, Leaf knight, Blaze knight, Earth knight, cloud knight, and Storm knight; the latter, Judgment knight, Ice knight, Moon knight, Stone knight, Hell knight, and Metal knight.
I wonder what they would think if they saw me now.
All of a sudden I heard footsteps outside my door.
"Sun!" said Leaf knight. Only silence answered him.
"Hmmmm… is Sun asleep? I better hurry and tell him that knight captain Judgment wants to speak to him about the abdication of the King." Leaf mumbled to himself.
"I better make sure whether he is here or not." Leaf hesitantly opens the door. "Sun, I'm coming in."
