Ling had never been fond of winter. Having grown up in Xing,
he was used to a warm sunny, sandy climate.
Central, while lovely, is lacking in the sunny and sandy department.
And since it was Winter, it was almost pure Hell for Ling.
Still, Ling was starting to love Central, and he didn't want to leave,
but he was homesick.
Not for Xing in itself, but for his Kaa-chan. So he was going to suck it up for her and go, but he knew Greed wouldn't want to go.
(He wouldn't admit it then and still won't now, but he was nervous about leaving.)
"Ling if it'll make you stop rambling, we...Can go tomorrow." Greed said in a defeated tone, breaking Ling's Train of Thought.
"But," He continued with a creepy innocent smile. "The compromise is that I get control over our body!" He finished with a grin.
"So for control over our body, and for something else your not telling me, we can go with out argument, to Xing?" Ling asked surprised at sudden change of heart.
"Yeah pretty much, the other thing is that we're only going for the purpose of seeing your mother, got it?" Greed said in a tone that left no room for argument. Ling to happy to respond to the tone said, "Okay!~".
(Fast forward to after the trip to Xing! ^^)
"So Ling...was our trip to Xing eventful for you?" He asked in an honestly curious tone, he had let Ling have control once they had gotten there. "Very eventful, Greed-kun~" Ling said playfully.
"Really?" Greed said, slightly curious because of Ling's tone.
"Oh yes Greed-kun, really wonderful!" Ling giggled seductively.
