I think I know what you all are thinking. "Oh my gosh, isn't it a little late to do a show-tag on the episode Sink or Swim? You missed your chance last year!"

I know perfectly that I'm a little behind, but I had this idea all of a sudden. Originally, I was thinking of add-on ideas for 'Falling Skies' (sorry for not updating, reasons will be played out at the end), when this came into mind.

Anyways, enjoy!

Disclaimer: I do not own Lab Rats. I only own this show-tag to Sink or Swim.

They didn't even need to ponder on whose Triton App to activate first. Victor Krane and Douglas both knew their first target: the youngest of the bionic trio, Chase. Victor didn't know everything about the boy, but his partner had told him enough for them to share the same choice without even asking about it. He was the easiest, the most closest to a dark, impure and evil heart. It would be easy to activate his app first. His chip would try to block out the app, but his heart wouldn't. There were some things his brain wasn't capable of; very few things, but enough to turn him against himself. Unlike most people, he was controlled by his heart but guided by his brain. Every time his heart wanted to snap and avenge his dignity, his brain would come in between to oppose his impulse.

Thus, with the press of a button, the app broke through all the blocks and took over his chip, and his brain.

He couldn't control his mind.

Well, that was a first. His mind was the sole center of him, his personality, his controller, everything. It was extremely uncomfortable knowing that someone - or something - had total control over your body and your actions. He was just thankful he couldn't really see what the foreign app was doing. He knew what he was doing, he just couldn't see anything. It was like being trapped in a far corner of your brain, completely blinded yet knowing everything that was happening. He also couldn't hear anything.

Just a few seconds ago, a foreign signal alarm went off in his chip. No warning in front of his eyes, nothing. Everything just went black. This virus- or whatever it was, could hear, see and all its senses were stolen were stolen from the body it was withholding. He had tried his best to take control of his body again, but the app was just too strong.

He felt his body standing up. Isolated to a far corner of his mind, he could do absolutely nothing. He had no idea what was happening, he could only feel his movements. It was a strange this to describe, though. Kind of like when his Commando App was was now getting up from the couch and grabbing something. He couldn't feel what it was yet, but he was lifting it.

Come to think of it, he didn't really feel any pressure on himself. He didn't feel bad right now. He was relaxing to whatever he was doing, but he knew he shouldn't. He couldn't help it; somewhere in his mind he accepted the fact very thankfully.

Suddenly, a hole ripped through his brain. He could now hear the sounds around him. It was kind of deafening at first, but after some time he felt relaxed enough to comprehend the voices . Leo's cries of helplessness. And then another voice. Apparently, it was Mr. Davenport trying to inform him that the app only took over his bionics and his body. His human side was still there- proved by him knowing he was trapped in his own mind, as useful as a pebble in this situation. The relaxed feeling was gone- something wasn't right here. He didn't care if some part of him told him to stay down, there was trouble- and he had brought it.

He kept his hopes up and fought back. With all his mental powers, he fought back. He was weakened now. He felt his body's arm go up, he felt his mind buzzing as the app controlled his molecularkinesis to levitate something or the other. He heard Leo's scared voice. He fought desperately as his step-brother tried tor revive him with past memories. Another hole tore through his brain. He could see now. Well, he could almost see now. Everything appeared a bright green, but he could still make out the picture of his step-brother and himself on Leo's phone.

A burst of energy flew threw his veins. He battled, hope restored. It was a fight for the eyes, he had to get back his eyes. That was the main target. Connection to the app reflects through the eyes. The melanin in his orbs started to regain their natural hazel color as he fought the app.

His eyes were everything. His brain had a link to his eyes which provided him the most power. When the LEMP made the three of them glitch, he had pixel vision. He had lost half of his powers by then. They were his weakness. You could tell he was more unique than the rest of his family by just looking into his eyes. They were hazel, a wild mixture of brown, green, and sometimes even specks of blue (especially when it's cold). Almost everyone in his family shared the traditional brown irises. Everyone, except him and his father.

Something clicked in his brain. Of course. It was Douglas, his father who had installed this app. It was the Triton App. Douglas knew him the best, even though he missed out fifteen years with him. He knew his weakness was vision. That's why his eyes were glowing green when under control of the app. If he didn't have contact with his eyes, he was powerless.

This realization dragged him away from his focus. He blinded yet again, and he could hear Leo's desperate cries.

He regained himself. He could do this. If he can use two abilities at once, he could do this. If he could survive an avalanche, he could do this. If he could fight off ninjas, he could do this. His brain hurt, everything hurt. It was working, though. He could feel his energy flooding every vein of his body. He could feel the connection from the app to his eyes weakening. Just one more drastic attempt, and he could do it.

Dark hazel swirled with digital green, battling for dominance. Finally, the green gave way and shone a couple of times before vanishing completely. He did it. He actually did it. The energy went as quickly as it had come. He only got half a second of sight before he was blinded by his own eyelids. His head hurt like someone had just cracked it with a tomahawk*, yet it felt so very light. He didn't even try to stay standing. He had given it all he had, and he had won. If he couldn't celebrate his victory now, he could celebrate it later. The important thing is he knows that his family is safe now.

But no, sudden realization hit him. Call it an instinct, but he knew his family wasn't safe. No, not yet.

Chase forced himself to stay awake. There was danger in this house, and he wouldn't stop fighting until he was absolutely sure his family was safe. He'd do anything to protect them. Anything.

Chase's Triton App was down. Krane gave a menacing glare towards his partner. Douglas' face passed a scared look. He should have known, Chase was easy to take over, but hard to keep under. Of course he would have fought against it. He was strong enough. He was much, much stronger than that app. At least Adam and Bree were still up and running.

They could have fought it too, but Adam only used force and strength, whereas Bree tried push all corners, speeding up to each one and banging them all before giving up and repeating the process again. The two evil sociopaths also took them as an advantage. There was no way Chase could fight his siblings. And even if he did, he wouldn't use his full strength against them. He was powerless. He could easily defeat both of them, but he wouldn't. His love for his family could beat his hunger for power any day.

Douglas didn't plan to use his elder children against his youngest, but Krane did. The spiky-haired inventor had yet to tell his partner about Chase's importance; that he was the most powerful of the three. He wonders why he didn't mention it before. Maybe he did, but Victor might have thought of super intelligence as useless. After all, that man preferred brawn to brain. If only he could think things through or once. And at other times, he would realize explaining anything to him would be a death wish.

After all the chaos was sorted out and Adam and Bree had finally returned back from being controlled by their Triton apps, Donald had told them the news of what happened to the lab. No one mentioned how they almost killed their little brother. Even though his stomach was burnt and red, and he was inwardly wincing in pain, he didn't show it. He didn't want to show it. He didn't want to hurt his siblings. He didn't want for them to know that they hurt him, badly. Besides, seeing his family safe was enough to make up for any pain.

They didn't remember anything, and Chase was kind of glad and kind of upset at the same time from that piece of news. Glad, because now he won't have to see them upset over hurting him, and upset because... He didn't know why he was upset. Oh right, they would never know what he did for them. They would never know he saved them from becoming bionic slaves/soldiers. They would never know how much pain he took for them.

They would never know.

Instead, they would keep teasing him, mocking him, pushing him down at every chance they got. Just like it was before. He had hoped they would have changed after the avalanche incident, but they didn't. They never changed. An hour in and another round of Bionic Brother Toss took place. He wishes he'd mentioned all the reasons for going on the mission alone. He wishes he had actually joined Douglas.

The things he did for them, so that they could accept him, so that they could finally realize how important he was, so that they could love him as much as he loved them. He knew they loved him and that they just had a different way of showing it, but sometimes they never comforted him when he really needed it. Instead he'd get a joke. Not one that could cheer him, one that could bring him down even more. They made fun of his unhappiness, whereas he would do anything to see them happy.

He wishes they could know that. And there were other times, like today, when he didn't want to fight the Triton App. It was bringing out the best in him. His powers, his abilities, everything. But they never saw it. They would never see it.

And then, in the far future, he wished that he could have surrendered to the Triton eyes.

Footnote #1: (tomahawk) I actually got this idea from a PewDiePie video. Anyone know him? YouTube? The msot famous YouTuber ever with 34 million subscribers? No? Well then. That reference is dedicated to him! Brofist! :D

Well, I'm incredibly proud of this. So very proud.I needed it too, because today is my parents' Anniversary, but my dad isn't here because of his job overseas. Woo. :(

Anyways, this is no time to be sad! Who's counting down the days till #Bionic Island, #Season4 premieres?! Sorry for those hashtags. XD Sometimes I get too carried away with social media. So, is the dress white & gold or blue & black? XD

So, Falling Skies is going to be updated either next week or after the 17th- because of my finals. Different continent, different problems.

Hope you enjoyed this one-shot, reviews are appreciated, sorry for any grammtical/spelling errors, and thank you for reading!
