Traveling Companions
Kurt looked out his bedroom window and saw citizens gathering for the ball tomorrow. Such pretty women coming to see him, the prince of The White Lion, and propose marriage. How will he tell them he's attracted to men, he can't let the kingdom down but is he willing to for his happiness? No. He grabbed the satchel he had prepared and pulled on his leather boots. He stored his sword in his scabbard, hoping that he wouldn't have to use it, and pulled on his lamb skin cloak. He quietly made his way downstairs and snuck through the kitchens and out to the stables.
"Hey Parvoti, we're going to go for a ride, okay?" Kurt said quietly to the white stallion standing in front of him, the horse whinnied and shook it's head. He pulled himself into the saddle and gently guided the horse out of the stable and across the field. Kurt couldn't be caught, he would be in so much trouble, he could be hung or stoned. Kurt shuddered at the thought and found the path he usually takes into the woods, but this time he won't come back
Blaine walked down the path and kicked a rock out of the way, he didn't understand his own feelings and it scared him a lot. He froze when he heard hooves on the dirt path, he pulled out the sword he had stolen before he went into exile. A white horse came over the hill, he couldn't see the rider underneath the cloak they wore. He watched in horror as the figure dismounted and made its way over to Blaine. The being approached and lowered the hood, Blaine couldn't help but stare at the beautiful blue eyes, the chestnut hair, and the flawless pale skin. The boy was beautiful, Blaine was sure if his feelings now but was no less scared of them.
