Nathan sighed. He had been cleaning when he'd started sorting through mementos from the adventures he had shared with his family over the years, and now he found himself gazing down into Josiah's ruggedly handsome face. They had been having such fun in the yellowed photo and had been closer than any brothers. He well remembered the games of pool they had shared, their simple but delicious dinner as Josiah had cooked for them, and then falling asleep underneath the stars. It had felt as though their happiness could never end, but it had. Nathan hung his head and cried.
