Wow, I haven't been on here for a while! I do not own anything of the Naruto Franchise.
LOOK...
"Look I'm sorry, but I think we should end this. I've found something better." Naruto stared down at his previous companion as the tension in the air grew thicker. "I know that we've been together for a very long time now, but I really feel like I have no need for you anymore."
"I know that it's going to be hard to go through this, and hopefully we can still occasionally be together, but right now, I think it would be best if we went our separate ways." Naruto began to tear up a bit as his speech went on. Breaking everything off cold turkey like this was harder than he thought it would be. Sighing, Naruto rubbed the back of his neck and felt as though he didn't know what to do. The figure in front of him slowly wilted a bit more, and began to grow cold to him.
"I'm sorry that you had to find about it this way, but when the opportunity arose, you know I couldn't say no right?" No answer came from his friend as he stood their feeling a bit guilty.
"Well, I guess I'll see you around." Naruto slipped his disposable chopsticks into his still full instant ramen cup and took it over to the trash.
"Goodbye, I'll miss you!" The blonde gasped as he made his hand let go of the hot soup. Interrupting his silent funeral, there was a knock at his door. Running over he grinned when he saw the person standing in the threshold.
"Hi Naruto-kun, since you'll be going on a mission tomorrow, I thought I'd come over and make you dinner!" Standing in the doorway was Naruto's blushing girlfriend, Hinata.
"Thanks for thinking of me Hinata-chan, you're the best!" Embracing his girlfriend, he thought he could hear the ramen burning enviously through the plastic trash bag. Exhaling, Naruto sounded relieved. "I'm so happy I chose you." Hinata looked up at him, puzzled.
"Hmm, what did you say?" Naruto blushed and scratched his head nervously.
"Huh? Oh, it's nothing, come on in!"
