Jason always turns up at April Fool's in Bludhaven, making sure he gets arrested by Dick and spends the rest of the day escaping his brother (because dick is not supposed to have his super awesomeness without the suit) and getting himself into stupid situations, just to see the look on his brothers face when he arrests him. Once, he pulled Stephanie into it. Dick was demanding a vacation from his boss within hours.

It's April Fool Day. Its Dick first April fools day as a cop. He thought he would just sit on his police car, maybe write a few tickets and be Nightwing at night. Boy, was he wrong.

"This is stupid" he claimed, sipping his coffee staring at the familiar face of Jason Todd. But the police didn't know that, all that they know Jason died years ago. Jason refuse to speak up of course and Dick pretend he don't know anything.

Just this morning Jason robbed a store. He then continue to brag about it to 911. As a man that had been trained by batman this is ridiculous. If you want to rob, rob the president. Robbing a store is just not his level. But what more surprising is that he had willingly be taken to the police station.

So here Dick is watching his little brother that still has the audacity to grin at him. Dick seriously want to slap that grin face off him. Maybe give him a good yell. What was he doing really?

"Happy April fool's day, Officer…"

"Grayson. Happy April Fool's day to you too Mr…"

"Goldie"

Dick raise his eyebrow. "Goldie" he sigh and roll his eyes. "ROOKIE! LETS GO!" Jason smirk gone wider. What is his game? The question flash in his mind. "Coming Amy" He glare at 'Mr. Goldie' with a warning that he will stay put.

But when Dick is out of sight, Jason immediately pick lock the door with ease. When free, he quickly go to the bathroom and out of the station through the ventilation. Easy peasy.

Dick heard about his escape 10 minute later. "Stay on guard for this guy!" Amy ordered. "Got it" Dick replied. His brain wire running mostly complaining the idiocy of his brother. Dick know is April Fool's day but is that the only reason Jason is here? Because it's April Fool's day?

Then the com buzz "Uhm…the Zhang Palace just got his...Fern stolen. The owner described the loosen captive ."

"We'll look over it" Amy responded and speed her way to Zhang Palace. There Amy interviewed the owner while Dick get inside and just look around for sign of his brother.

He opened the back door of the restaurants to find an alley. There the Fern is, safe and sound and there Jason is smoking a cigarette. "What exactly are you doing?"

Jason blow off some steam "Taking a cancer stick" he crush the butt of his cigarette to the asphalt and began to do some acrobat bat training action to get away form the scene.

"Are you kidding me?" Dick scoff. "So this is his game." He muttered. Well at least Jason left the Fern behind. Dick take a close look at the pot where there's a red marker on it. Jason wrote 'Stay gold, Ponyboy' in morse code on the pot.

He drag the fern back to the restaurant. "Hey Amy! Look what I found?"

The owner runs towards the fern "MY FERN!" seeing no damage to the plant he began thanking Dick multiple times. Amy raise her eyebrow and said reluctantly "Where's the captive?"

"No where to be seen" he shrug his shoulder.

He couldn't find or contact Jason for the next few week or so.
