Summary: The other Decepticons hadn't expected to see what Hook and Onslaught would do when they were near each other during battle meetings.

During the boring battle meetings when Megatron would prattle onward into a rant, his officers usually found ways to keep themselves from just completely shooting each other in vain attempts of deactivation.
Or just plain wishing that amusing would happen to stop the meeting, like Starscream attempting to over rule the warlord with rash insults.
To which it was very amusing to watch Megatron give Starscream would had to be some of the worst beatings of the cycle from the angry warlord.
But they didn't expect the usually well behaved Hook and Onslaught to start mouthing everything that Megatron would say.
They were usually the ones who would sneer at anyone who stared at them for too long or they make not so idle threats to some random poor hapless mech that happened to get in their way.
It was really something that they could easily expect from the resident troublemakers if they were at the meeting in the first place.
So it was Hook and Onslaught, both of whom had apparently learned to the fleshie word "lip-syching".
Which they were eternally grateful for as quiet snickers had turned into outright laughter and cackles leaving a confused Megatron to end the battle meeting early, once he realized that no one had actually been paying attention to him at all.
