Booth was so easy to annoy, that was the problem. Use a big word and watch his face crumple slightly as he tried to work out whether he knew the definition of it.
It always amused her.
Although then he would get her back by mentioning someone. Someone who she did not have a clue who they were. She understood, she did not have a television therefore pop-culture references went over her head but surely it was better to know what the bone protrusion on the side of the ankle is called or the correct name for a heart attack than the name of some dinosaur that sings?
Who needs to know that?
Angela was also easy to annoy. Ignore her when she says how 'hot' Brennan would be with Booth and watch her launch into something about not seeing what is right in front of you. Angela was all about the matchmaking.
Or another way was saying no when- for the fifteenth time, she asks Brennan to go clubbing. Watch Angela's face fall when she says "I have to work".
On to Hodgins. The main way to annoy this guy was to call dirt...dirt or soil, it depened which day it was. Or ask whether it is some type of soil. Easy. She understood that it was importantto him, it was like calling a leg bone a leg bone. There are lots of leg bones, calling it a leg bone is redundant. But still it annoyed Hodgins so it didn't matter.
Cam... Brennan had several ways of annoying this one. Undermine her authority. Point out what she did wrong. Stand extremely close to Booth when she was around. Things like that.
Then there was Zack. Who didn't seem to get annoyed. At all. Not at her anyway. If you moved his microscope slide then he would stare at you until you put it back. He was above being annoyed somehow.
And this annoyed Brennan.
Short and sweet, that is the plan.
