A/N: Okay, so I just got the idea to write what was going through the minds of the Doctor and Rose that fateful day at Canary Warf, which I don't know how many of you out there are also Harry Potter fans, but if you are, you might find it interesting to know that Canary Warf appears in the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix movie when they're flying on the Thestrals to save Sirius. On the Other Side…Rose
I promised him forever,
Just another unintended lie from
Another Stupid ape.
Standing against this wall
Trying to beat it down and return home,
I feel his warmth,
Emanating through the void to reach me.
But then, in an instant,
It's gone
And I'm lonely and cold.
I realize that I'll never go home,
Never feel his arms around me,
Never see his goofy grin,
Never hear him say, "I love you"
But what can I say?
