Hi guys so this is something that popped into my head and wouldn't leave me alone. Have you guys ever wondered why Hera couldn't make Percy forget Annabeth? It because of one reason you can't erase someone's heart. This is set on the first night they are one the Argo 2.

Annabeth POV

Percy and I were curled up together on my bed in my cabin on the Argo 2. Technically we weren't supposed to be alone in a cabin, but for once I didn't care about rules.

Being back in Percy's arms was worth getting into trouble. It was something that I would never take for granted again. I sighed softly as he placed a light kiss on my forehead. I was still in shock that he actually remembered me. I had been so terrified he wouldn't remember me that he would have another girlfriend and I'd lose him forever.

"Seaweed brain?" I whispered softly as a thought came to me.

"Yeah wise girl?" Percy whispered back

I sat up slightly so I could see his eyes. Their green depths stared at me intently.

"How did you remember me…? I murmured Hera was supposed to have had completely wiped your memory." "I mean not that I'm not glad you did remember me but how did you do it?

Percy suddenly rolled us over pining me beneath him.

"Annabeth" he whispered locking his eyes on mine. "You have been my best friend since I was twelve…..you have saved my life more times than I can count, you are my mortal point to this earth and the only person who knows where my Achilles point is" "but even then your then your more than that to me. Hera couldn't erase you because you weren't just in my head."

He paused for a moment nervous. "You're my heart Annabeth" he whispered finally with utter sincerity in his eyes.

I was speechless "Percy I…I…." I stammered

"Shhh you don't have to say anything" he murmured kissing me lightly.

I clung to him deepening the kiss; I had forgotten what his kisses felt like. I had missed this so much. When we pulled away Percy smiled at me.

"We should get some sleep." He told me rolling of me and pulling back against his chest. Before we fell asleep I whispered "Percy?"

"Yeah?" He said back sleepily

"You're my heart too" I told him softly before drifting off into the best sleep I'd in months.

There we go. Just something that popped into my head. You can erase Percy's mind Hera but you can't erase his heart! And Annabeth is his heart! Even without gorgons blood he still remembered her. Let me know what you think guys even if it's just a smiley face. Please Review Please?
