Cyber bullying & Sexting
A girl's mind should be her sanctuary. A girl's privacy shouldn't be messed with. A girl's body should be her own. No girl should be afraid to live. Believe it or not, there are people in this world who would try to change that.
Jessica Logan was a pretty girl. You would have thought that nothing could have brought her down. Well? You would have thought wrong. Something did bring her down and it was caused by the person she thought she trusted and even loved. You see Jessica sent her boyfriend racy photos of herself. She thought it was harmless, at the time. She didn't think about what he would do with those pictures. After they broke up, those same photos she "sent out of love" were now the latest school scandal. She was tortured, teased, and tormented by some girls at her school. Jessica thought anything would have been better than that, even death. Jessica didn't think that the repercussions of those pictures would cost her, her life. But that's exactly what happened. Jessica Logan committed suicide.
Alicia was thirteen years old when she started chatting with another girl her age on the internet. She trusted this girl with her secrets she never told anyone. After seven months of online chatting, the girls decided to meet each other in person. Well, guess what? That "thirteen year old girl" Alicia was talking to for seven months, that same "thirteen year old girl" she trusted with her deepest darkest secrets, turned out to be a man that was over forty years old. That same day Alicia was abducted. She was abused, sexually assaulted, and was barely given any food or water. After four days of agony, she was rescued from his basement.
Alicia was one of the lucky ones, she could have ended up like Jessica. These girls are victims. And the people who hurt them wanted to see those girls in pain, they wanted to those girls beg for their life and then plead to die. Those people are predators and deserve to be put in jail. There is help out there. You can go to or call 1-800-THE-LOST. No one should be afraid to live. You can save a life.
