Sirius the Godfather: In a Nutshell

This is mostly comedy, and also a one/two-shot. This is the letters Harry and Sirius would send each other if Sirius was Harry's caretaker. Hope you enjoy!

Imagine if Sirius never chased down Peter, and was never sentenced to Azkaban? Because I don't want to write a long fanfiction, and because I'm sure you don't want to read a long fanfiction, here is "Sirius the Godfather: In a Nutshell". As the summary says, this'll all be based on letter they could've sent them. And yes, this is all only comedic. Don't take it SIRIUSly.

1st Year:

Dear Sirius,

My first week at Hogwarts was neat. Sure, we often get lost, Snape hates me, and Filch is horrible, but the magic is nice.

Okay, so my first week wasn't that nice.

-Harry Potter

Dear Harry,

Yeah... I hate Snape a lot. Tell him hi for me.

-Sirius Black

Dear Sirius,

I saved the world from Voldemort! He was on the back of Quirrel's head! Isn't that awesome?

-Harry Potter

Dear Harry,

Uhh... what?

-Sirius Black

2nd Year

HOWLER:

YOU FLEW A CAR TO HOGWARTS? I'M IMPRESSED AND JEALOUS NOW. IF ONLY I HAD THOUGHT OF FLYING A CAR TO HOGWARTS. HAVE A NICE YEAR. AND TELL SNAPE THAT I HATE HIM, AND THAT I SAID HI AGAIN.

Dear Sirius,

I think there's a monster that's petrifying everyone.

-Harry Potter

Dear Harry,

What makes you think that?

-Sirius

Dear Sirius,

Because a monster started petrifying everyone.

-Harry Potter

3rd Year

Dear Sirius,

We have an awesome new teacher named Lupin!

-Harry Potter

Dear Harry,

Really? He was my best friend when we were in Hogwarts! He was a werewolf, too, but he's awesome!

-Sirius

Dear Sirius,

Nice that you knew him! Wait... what?

-Harry Potter

4th Year

Dear Sirius,

Professor Moody turned Malfoy into a ferret.

-Harry Potter

Dear Harry,

Lucius's son? He deserved it.

-Sirius

5th Year

Dear Sirius,

I KISSED CHO.

-Harry Potter

Dear Harry,

Okay, but remember what I told you about crushes?

-Sirius

Dear Sirius,

I know. Do what you want as long as you're invited to the wedding and is allowed to have as much cake as you want.

-Harry Potter

I know Sirius died at the fifth book/movie, so I have to stop here. If you want the 6th and 7th year, then let me know, then I may post another chapter.
