I was waling down a lonely hallway at midnight, doing my head girl patrolling duties. I had just left the head boy, Draco Malfoy, my boyfriend. It was a cold December day. I had a feeling like someone was watching me but I put it off to the side and pushed it to the side and kept on walking. A little while later I had the same gut feeling from before so I looked around me and saw a pair of huge red eyes staring right. So I whipped out my wand a plucked up my Gryffindor courage and slowly walked up to the pair of eyes. I heard a deep growl a man stepped out of the shadow; he was tall, skinny and had very pale skin. By the look of his features he looked like he was not very young. Then he spoke "I have waited so long to do this and now I finally get to get rid of it ". I was very confused on wait he was talking about and he sounded relived to see me. I said " sorry sir but I don't know what your talking about, but why dot you come with me and I can take you to our headmaster and we sort this out" but when I said headmaster his red eyes filled with fear and he backed away then said" no, no you cant take me to him, you just cant, please please help me". That only made me all the more confused "ok calm down sir I wont take you to him, but can you tell me why you are here ".he calmed down but only in the slightest bit and he said" to do this" and he pointed his wand at me heart and said a curse I couldn't recognize. I felt a cold sensation go through my body before I became weak and dropped to the floor. I looked up to see the mans face smirking down at me, that was the last thing I saw before everything went black.

I woke to the sound of people quietly talking to each other. I felt the sort sheets under me, and the sun shining on my body. I heard someone's breathing close to me I tried to move my head to turn my head to look at then but pain shot through my body and I groaned in pain and the whispering stopped. I heard footsteps and I slowly opened my eyes to see many people who contained of the entire Order, all of the Weasleys, Neville, Seamus, Dean, Luna, Harry, Blaise, and finally the person sitting next to me holding my hand tenderly Draco. I looked into his eyes and saw them filled with concern and fear. I gave a small but reassuring smile and he returned the smile and leaned forward and placed a tender kiss to my forehead and stroked my cheek.

Madam Pomfrey bustled in and asked me "how are you feeling Miss Granger "I sucked in a huge breath but quickly regret it and flinched as a terrible pain shot through my lungs. Draco gave me a concerned look and I said "well I can't really say that I've felt worse, what happened" everyone looked to each other and Snape stepped forward and said" well Miss Granger you were hit with a rare cruse and it can only be preformed by certain people. You see the cruse that you were hit with can only be passed on by the person who was hit with it before and what the curse does is gives the ability to see and talk to dead people who are not ghosts but is just roaming the air looking for dead bodies to feed on. But sadly most of the people who are put under this curse have gone crazy but we need you to keep this curse so you can help us with a mission we have been working on" I nodded and said "great so now I can see and talk to dead people because that's not strange at all" a few people laughed. Looked over and saw a little girl with long blond hair and very pale skin she looked o older then four years old. I said "who is she "and pointed to the little girl sitting on the bed over, everyone looked at her and then gave me confused then it hit me she must be dead.
