Short one-shot. Cookies happen to be a fun thing to write about, so it could be one of my signature recurring themes? Hahaha idk... enjoy!
Sora glanced around carefully before stealthily reaching for the chocolate chip cookies just out of his reach.
"Almost… there…" he whispered, before Riku's body moved itself between Sora's hand and the plate. Guiltily looking up, Sora looked at his friend's face with sheepish blue eyes.
"Uh… hi, Riku! Um, what's up?" The silver-haired teen placed his hands on his hips and tried his best to glare at the younger boy.
"What did I tell you about eating Kairi's cookies? Man, Sora, Kairi's gonna kill us if another one of her cookies goes missing!" Sora grinned evilly and quickly stole a cookie from around Riku.
"You mean she's gonna kill you," he said through a mouthful of cookie. Riku sighed for a moment before smiling.
"Oh, Sora… I forgot. Earlier today, I placed a camera somewhere to spy on Kairi's cookies. And I know for a fact that the feed leads to her cell phone, so next time she opens it she'll find a message with a video attached, and she'll see exactly who stole her cookies!"
Riku smiled at Sora's shocked face. The brunet's wide blue eyes stared at Riku for a moment before he composed himself.
"You're lying!" he grinned. "Nice one, Riku!" he said, when suddenly Riku's cell phone began beeping.
"Hello?"
"Hey Riku, it's Kairi. I can see Sora there. Put him on the phone, please?" Sora paled and took the phone.
"H-hey Kairi! What's—"
"Sora! You stole my cookies! I can't believe you! And I can't believe that Riku was right when he said he didn't eat them!"
"Hey!" protested Riku half-heartedly. There was a knock on the door.
"I'll get it," said the silver-haired teen, and left. Kairi continued scolding her friend.
"I just called Larxene, she should be over soon. You'll have to answer to her, now! Bye!"
The phone clicked and the line went dead. Footsteps sounded close to the door, which opened moments after. Sora whirled around, eyes wide.
"Hello, Sora," called the tall blonde. Sora bolted from the room and ran around.
"Rikuuuu! Save meeeee!" he cried out.
But Riku was too busy laughing to help.
Oh Sora, you're no better than Demyx! xD
