"These past months, you have truly come to clear your mind a lot more. Now anger won't be able to cloud your judgment as often when it comes to confrontation in battle. It is of utmost importance that you keep this mindset when you face Piccolo's spawn incarnate."

A young boy was sitting down in a lotus position, meditating as he was being spoken to. He made sure to focus on his breath, though he was paying attention to every word he was being told. Once he opened his eyes, the very first thing he had his sights on was the blue sky ahead. He was a couple ten thousand feet in the air, far above the clouds even. The thin and cool air brisked against his bright skin upon ending his total hour of countless mediation. He felt a sense of true clarity and presence.

"How do you feel, Son Goku?"

"I'm feeling ready to take on any task you bring to me," Goku said, taking in a deep breath. Goku recently turned 16 and was in the presence of Kami, the one being that most believed to be God. Very few would be bestowed before such a being, not even Kami's servant, Mr. Popo. One would have to be considered very virtuous, though when from Kami's perspective, there had to be more to it. Goku was the embodiment of someone he truly saw potential in, a pure-hearted boy who was naive, yet well-intentioned with everything he did. In his eyes, the kid was a prodigy and when he saw the boy defeat Piccolo Daimao, the Earth's worst threat, he knew that he had something to look forward to inside this kid.

Kami, though a God, the guardian of Earth to be exact, did not take the appearance of any normal earthling. Out of all the people Goku had seen during his time below the heavens, not one person that he had set eyes on looked remotely similar to Kami himself. A green-skinned male who was definitely old in age, proven by the countless wrinkles and creases he had on his dry looking face. A pair of antennas were attached to his forehead and he had extremely pointy ears, something that looked to give him super duper hearing. Not even a whisper could be bypassed near him without any of it being heard. If Goku had to guess, Kami was indeed nothing like a human, at least not like he had seen before.

"Today was meant to be a day in which I test your mental state to its limits, though something else occurred to me, something that would not only challenge your state of mind but your physical as well. Are you up to the challenge, Goku?"

Goku stood up on his two feet and nodded quickly. He tried his best to restrain the feeling of excitement bubbling up on the inside, albeit it was still blatant to Kami that his pupil was highly eager to do whatever it took. He didn't know Goku very long, but he had been watching him for some time above and came to realize that a big tendency of his was that he was willing to stand up to any daring task he was given.

"What is it?" Goku asked.

"Mr. Popo will show you."

Up from behind appeared a very dark-skinned male, who took the appearance of a genie. His eyes were wide and circular and his red lips were one of the very first things noticed about him. Looking past his eldritch appearance, he was a very warm and friendly person. "Follow me."

The look-out Kami resided in was a big white circular area filled with countless square tiles. It was a building like no other. And atop the round structure was a castle, which held countless rooms, all that belonged to the God of Earth.

As Goku followed Mr. Popo inside, he looked around the area. It seemed like a total maze to him because of how grandiose the everything was, but at the same time, it was something that brought novelty to him. He liked it. "What is it that I'm going to do?" Goku asked. The main thing on his mind was this new test of his. As much as he wanted to hold in the questions, he just couldn't. The kid had to know.

Mr. Popo knew Goku would ask anyway and was prepared to tell him. "This world you're about to enter is like no other."

"World?" Goku asked. "Am I going through a portal?"

"Hoho, something like that." He placed his hands behind his back as he walked and glanced at Goku, seeing the kid was thoroughly observing the inside of this place. It had been only a handful of times since he's entered and he was yet to get to see it all. "You remember when you first came up here and you felt winded?"

"Yes, I remember. You and Kami advised me to take it slow and be one with the air here because it's so thin. To clear my mind before moving is to move with the air, and be able to strike fast!" He threw a quick punch through the air with his tightened fist for a minor demonstration. He had felt constant growth in strength, some big, most small, though it was growth nevertheless. He could only imagine how powerful he'd manage to get by the time he was finished with it all.

"This world-no, dimension-is a place almost exactly like the look-out when you first came here." Mr. Popo then came to a stop. "But ten times as bad."

"Say wha? Seriously?"

Mr. Popo nodded his head. "Yes, Goku, it is." Mr. Popo looked at a single door once they came to a stop. "Here is the gateway between this world and another. One entire day spent in there out here would be considered one entire year's time in there."

At hearing this information was when Goku's jaw nearly dropped to the floor. "R-Really?" Could Goku truly make up a year's time of constant training in that world in one single day? "How?"

"Because it is a different dimension, Son Goku," Mr. Popo specified, "Not all worlds use time in the same way. It is like different planets. One hour there could be a couple of seconds here. It all depends."

"So...can you tell me more about the time there?" Goku asked.

"Sure." Mr. Popo lifted one finger. "As I mentioned earlier: 1 day spent in there would be considered a year's worth of training. One hour would be 15 days, 5 hours and 14 minutes exactly. One minute would be converted into 6 hours and 5 minutes of training. And 1 second would transmute to six minutes."

"Wow! That's amazing!"

"Beware the environment that the Room of Spirit and Time renders you, Goku. Due to its much quicker change of time, the temperature there will change drastically. Through it all, you will have moments of extremely hot air and severe cold. The thin air makes it all the more challenging, so you must tread carefully while in there."

"Like I did out here, I will have to just pace myself, right?"

"Yes. Before you enter, I must warn you. You can only enter this room two times ever in your lifetime. Each time you only get 24 total hours. If the set time subsequent to entering is exceeded, then the portal back to this dimension will be shut and you will be trapped in there until the end of time. Is everything clear to you?"

Goku nodded his head. One mess up on his part and everything would go bad for him. "Wait..." the kid then rubbed his belly. "Do you have food in there?"

"Yes, there is a cooler in there for you, a bed, and a bath as well. Also remember that sleep is even more important than simple training, yes."

"Oh, yes! Sleep is when I recover and grow more!"

"Yes. Due to the difference in time there, you won't be needing near as equal the amount of time here in order to get proper rest. " Mr. Popo placed his black hands on the wooden door's gold knob. He twisted it prior to opening the door, revealing a bright white room. "Good luck, Son Goku." High levels amounts of anxiety started to surge from Goku's feet up to his very heart, which began to pump much harder. It wasn't that he was afraid, though very eager. All of what he was told by Mr. Popo was what pumped him up. He was just moments away from heading into the world of the unknown. "What are you waiting for, Son? Now's your chance."

Goku swallowed down the knot in his throat and took a few steps forward. "Right!" He poked his chest out and straightened his posture out completely. He let a new confidence overtake him, now willing to enter the chamber. This didn't go unnoticed to Mr. Popo, who himself wondered if Goku would truly be able to withstand the influence of such an otherworldly place.

Once Goku stepped into the room, Mr. Popo softly closed it shut behind him. With his lips nearly sealed tight, Mr. Popo whispered parting words. "Good luck."

Goku stepped looked behind him at the closed door. "I'm finally in now." The kid looked to his right to see a set of beds neatly made. On his left were two more made with the same fashion as well. Right ahead of him was a white space, something that seemed like total mist to him.

He took a few steps forward and felt his legs and arms getting heavier. "Mr. Popo wasn't lying..." Goku walked ahead further until he was met with a couple of unpigmented steps. Everything appeared totally pristine. Besides the looks of the place, the air was much thinner than that of Kami's look-out and he felt himself getting heavier.

As soon as he took that last foot off the step, entering into the dimension of nothingness, Goku came crashing down onto his face. "OWWW!" He was stuck there for a brief moment, trying to take in a couple breathers with the insane additional amount of pressure placed onto his body. Tch..." with great effort, Goku gradually moved his shaky hands to the warm floor, making an attempt to pick himself up.

"C-Come on..." never before had Goku been met with such a presence before. His body started to feel like it was throbbing because of the resistance he tried to put up in order to stand. It took him just over half a minute to be able to bring himself back to his knees. "Grrr...!" Goku did all of what he could to bring his legs up and get up. In the midst of getting his posture straight, he found himself constantly wobbling. Had he just decided to let the gravity take over, he'd be right back at the ground again. It was a constant battle that he would indeed have to fight against.

Goku's eyes fluttered for a bit. It was even a chore to be able to keep them open. And when they were, they would constantly water. "O-Okay...cough cough!" Goku doubled over, holding his stomach. It wasn't the lack of oxygen he was getting, though how well he was breathing. He had put so much focus on getting himself set back to his feet that he forgot to focus on his breathing, one of the main teachings from Kami himself.

Control yourself, Goku. Come on, you've got this.

He had to motivate himself. He softly closed his eyes and took in a few deep breaths. He did his best to ignore the extreme pressure being put forth onto his body and focused on his breathing. Slowly, everything before him felt as if they were going away, though the influence was still present. After a minute, Goku lifted his head straight up and fixed his posture once more.

I've got this.

Goku moved his legs forward. Lifting them up felt like he was trying to pick up a shoestring attached to a boulder. The muscles in his legs were tight and burning, though he did his best to disregard the feeling and keep pushing forward. A couple of seconds of this and he was getting the hang of it. The walking was beginning to become normal, though he had to remain focused still.

His lips curled into a smirk. Goku was naturally a quick learner and managed to become easily accustomed to a lot of situations throughout his lifetime. This was one of one of the most, if not, his most daring and challenging one yet. Time passed along and Goku was making his way up, step by step.

Now let's see if I can through a few punches.

Goku set his feet up and cocked his fist back in preparation to strike the air. He didn't tense his muscles and let himself become completely relaxed, just moments from deciding to follow through.

SHOOOUUHSHHHH! ! !

A strong force of wind blindsided Goku and had the young Martial Artist falling over to his side, sliding away. "WHOAH!" Just when he was beginning to obtain some control over his body, he lost it all again. It was as if he was being purposely tested like this. He was blown away from the main temple inside the chamber, which was decreasing in size the further away he went.

"No..." Goku tried to dig his nails into the hard floor, only to no avail. His involuntary sliding began to slow down and he eventually came to a stop. From where he was, the only type of shelter he had in the chamber seemed to be the size of a pea. He was that far from it.

Dammit! This is just my luck.

Goku struggled to get himself up off the ground once more but had a slightly easier time doing so than his first attempt at getting himself back up to his feet. From where he was, he felt a new type of feeling overcoming him. The air was not only thin as it had been from the moment he arrived, but it was getting hot. Breathing in the hot air warmed up his very chest, making it difficult to tolerate.

His face, arms, and hands began to glisten brightly, filling themselves up with sweat. The heat was getting to him. Goku looked up and could see some thin lines of hot air passing by. His orange gi began to stick to his sweaty body. In order to prevent the uncomfortable feeling, he lifted up his shirt. Much to his surprise, the shirt felt like it was ten times heavier. It took him more than 20 seconds just to take it off and an extra five to toss it over to the side.

I feel a bit lighter now...

Goku kept his eyes on the shelter from afar. That was his destination. He knew that he wasn't going to get there in an appropriate amount of time by simply walking, but by having to jog, and that was at the very least. He had plans of running or skipping his way there. And with the insane heat and pressure from the gravity, he knew that an easy task wasn't very much ahead of him.

"Okay..." Goku took a slow and deep breath as he set his feet, putting more weight on his back foot. With as much force as he could, he bounced off the ground. On a normal day while on earth, he'd be able to hop well over a couple hundred to over a thousand feet into the sky. Here, he was barely able to go over 50.

When he was high off the ground, the weight of the chamber pushed him down with much more force. Every time he landed on his foot, he felt like he would eventually break something. Goku didn't stop there and continued to run. His legs were beginning to feel as if they were made of metal, making it that much harder to lift up as he ran, nonetheless being able to jump a couple dozen feet up.

"GRAGH!" Goku hopped up once more. From behind, he felt another gush of wind attack him at the side. The kid went spinning in mid-air, losing control of his composed balance. He knew that a painful landing awaited him and he had to prevent serious injuries as soon as possible. Goku, with as much force as he could emit, exerted enough power to flip sideways once more prior to having a harsh landing on his right foot.

SNAP! ! !

"Ahk..." Goku came crashing down onto his knee, reaching for his foot. He knew nothing broke, but there was a painful feeling. If anything, he had to have sprained his ankle or something. He grinded his teeth together so he wouldn't have to let out a few yelps of pain. With one eye shut and the other half-open, Goku looked up ahead to the house of the chamber. It was just a couple dozen yards away.

I need to make it there.

Goku pushed himself back up, though he was only hopping on one foot. The strong hot breeze coming from behind tipped him over, though he pressed his hand against the floor to maintain his weight, which the majority of was being placed solely onto one foot for the time being.

"I can do this...I know I can." Goku shuddered. He crouched down, putting an insane amount of weight on his left leg with the other barely touching the ground. "HYAH!" Using every fiber in his being, Goku jumped as far high and long as he could.

The kid had an exponential amount of airtime from that final jump and felt that he'd manage to make it to the house of the chamber. While he was getting there, the potent force of the gravity pushed him down. Plummeting to the ground came Goku, who had lost all control.

The kid's eyes were wide in a near panic as he fell down, not knowing if he'd make it out of this one okay. He shut his eyes and the very last thing he felt prior to blacking out was the harsh impact on his chin.

To give up now would mean you're not willing to go as far as you need to truly win.

Goku's eyes slowly came to an opening. Looking ahead, he noticed orange pants and black cotton sole shoes. "Huh?" Goku lifted himself off the ground, something that now felt like an incredible breeze to him. Before he stood a man that looked exactly like him, wearing the same exact clothes as he did, and with the same hairstyle.

"I know what you're thinking. Such punishment on the body isn't worth it in the end."

"Because it's not," Goku said, shaking his head. He knew it would be a tough task to go through with it all here, but he wasn't aware of the punishing pain he'd receive as well. For some reason, this place was out to get him and he didn't feel safe knowing that at any moment, he could genuinely injure himself. "I can train in many other different ways to get stronger, much more safer ways that won't hurt the body as much."

"The body needs taxation to grow," the man said.

"It's too much," Goku responded.

"By the end of it all, you'll see it be worth the pain. Any smart man knows that their body is their temple and it must be protected. This may feel like hell, but it's only temporary. Right now you're resting. When you wake up, you'll be better. And when you get up, you'll have to get right back at it. It doesn't matter if the same situation is to come up next, you have to push through. You want to beat Piccolo, don't you?"

"Yes!" Goku shouted angrily. "But...but this..."

"But this is the answer," the man said, "I would know. I am you..."

The man faded away from Goku's presence. He was left totally confused for a moment and just closed his eyes.

And slowly, they opened once more. He was looking off into the white space as he was lying on his stomach still.

It was just a dream.

He got back up to his two feet, this time not with the same troubles he had to go through before. His body felt lighter, though the feeling of the chamber's heavy gravity was still there. Looking down, he felt like his legs were longer than usual. He raised his foot and wiggled it around.

No pain.

"It's better," Goku said aloud. He then instantly covered his mouth, noticing a change of voice. It was still high-pitched, but a bit deeper than what he was used to. This was new. He walked up the steps, entering the shelter that the chamber provided. He passed up the beds and headed towards the door. He placed his hands on the doorknob and prepared to turn it. One twist following by a pull and he'd be out of the chamber. After all he did, he felt it was time to leave. He was barely able to last a month in there and knew he had reached his breaking point, or so he thought.

Out of the corner of his eye, Goku caught a glimpse of himself in a mirror. He took a quick doubletake, noticing something was extremely different about himself. The pudgy face that he once had was no longer there. It was smaller and a bit more defined. "What's happened to me?"

Curious to know the sudden physical change, Goku looked at his arms. They were much longer and felt a lot more defined than what they were compared to just a while ago. "Did I grow...?" Goku felt his chest and abdomen, which were beginning to show now. He pulled out his pants and checked from inside. His confused face then turned into one of satisfaction. "I did grow."

He balled his fists and tightened his muscles. "I feel stronger, too!" Goku turned around and looked back out into the white space. He thought it'd be crazy to even want to go back out there and continue his training, but judging from the little increase of strength from the short amount of time being there, he could grow even stronger!

And that dream.

It was a message. It had to be. It wasn't something Goku's brain would be able to help him verbalize acutely but he listened to his body. Something was telling him to stay there and finished what he had started.

GRUMBLE GRUMBLEE!

Just receiving the signal for food, Goku rubbed his belly and looked to the fridge. "I should eat first, hehee..."

Out the look-out, Kami could be seen doing the usual. When he wasn't tending to other personal matters, he was simply watching the events that were being carried out below on Earth. "Is he out yet?" he asked, breaking the hushed atmosphere

Mr. Popo was tending to his little garden near the temple on the look-out. Though he was quite far from Kami, he knew that the advantage of having those perky ears would permit him to hear even a little grumble in his throat. "Surprisingly not," Mr. Popo responded.

Just knowing Goku managed to endure over 2 hours of being inside the Room of Spirit and Time gave him some satisfaction. "You were wrong, Mr. Popo." He used his old cane and turned around, leaning on it. "I knew Goku had enough will-power to be able to go through with it."

"Hehe." Mr. Popo stopped watering his plants and set down the wooden pot. "Never did Mr. Popo think Goku wouldn't be able to endure the room. I know that Goku is smart enough to know that such exertion on the body isn't necessary in order to get stronger."

"That, indeed, is true. Goku may be a bit...unconventional. But as far as fighting goes, he's a natural genius. Of course, he would know that pressure on the body wouldn't be mandatory in order to become strong enough to defeat Piccolo, but perhaps he truly just wanted to finish what he started."

"So will there be more physical training from the moment he leaves the room?" Mr. Popo questioned.

"No," Kami shook his head, "light training will do, but the moment he completes his training in there, it will all be mental and spiritual training. Physical endurance is his innate flair, but the other two is something that needs touching on still."

"Indeed," Mr. Popo agreed.

"NOM NOM NOM NOM!

" CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH"

"SLUUURRRPPPP!"

Bowl after bowl full of food was being cleansed by one single person. None other than Goku was known to have an appetite worse than that of a blue whale itself. The food that was meant to last him an entire year inside the otherworldly Room of Spirit and TIme didn't even suffice to last him that much.

CLANG!

Well over 70 bowls were piled up, just around that amount give or take...

Per Row.

"Ah..." Goku leaned back in his chair and patted his belly. He looked over all the meals he had gobbled down in a matter of minutes according to the chamber's time and frowned a bit. "Eh?" As he felt like something was missing he got up from the chair and headed over to the ice box. Once he opened it, the only thing he saw in there was a piece of chunky meat. He shook his head in disappointment once he realized that he wouldn't be able to get what he wanted. "No dessert? You gotta be kidding."

He turned around and headed out from under the shelter and back out into the midst of nothing. As he took a step out, Goku was met with a ferocious amount of heat.

Not just a couple of seconds back on the training grounds and Goku's face began to become entrenched with sweat. He placed himself into a fighting position and made sure to control his breathing as well. From every moment here on out, he knew that it would be of utmost importance to retain total focus. One little slip-up and it could cost him dearly.

"HIYA!" Goku let out a compelling strike through the air, powerful enough to send a bit of wind away. Son smirked after realizing the amount of strength he had obtained in such a short time. He would only continue to grow stronger from here on out.

He clapped his hands together and closed his eyes. The hot air was taking in and made as something normal to Goku as he meditated for a bit. Deep in his own mind, he imagined himself facing off against an opponent, none other than Piccolo Daimao himself.

In a pitch black area, the only things visible were Goku and Piccolo themselves. Piccolo was much taller than Goku, even though he had grown. From basic memory, Goku recalled fighting a giant when he was a kid, and that was exactly how he imagined Piccolo now. The green demon was much taller than he and this would only cause for something realistic in his head.

He bobbed his head to the side and missed two quick jabs prior to ducking under a swipe. Goku hopped up from his crouched state and put an insane amount of force into an uppercut, which was strong enough to send Piccolo off his feet and into the air.

Piccolo flipped over and regained composure with his flight. From above, he stuck his hands out and fired a blast down below. Goku hopped back and let the chi attack strike the ground. "Heh." Not only did his strength become sharpened, but his reflexes and speed did so as well. He used this version of Piccolo, the only version he knew, as a means of measurement to test his own strength. Never would he forget the power he faced while fighting Piccolo and just wanted to test how he'd fair against the green monster with his current growth in strength.

He then raised a brow, feeling something. Goku's eyes opened immediately, backing himself out from his own personal image training. He looked down below and at his bare feet, which was a sudden color of red. A burning sensation then followed, slowly searing at his shoes and onto his skin.

"H-Hot...Hot, hot, hot, hot!" Goku went stepping from side to side in a near panic. This was the equivalent to stepping on hot coals. The only way he knew that he'd be able to avoid it was if he was able to be off the ground. Goku shot up into the sky while looking down below.

The white pristine look of the floor below would indeed be able to fool anybody. As nice and glamorous as it appeared, it was the epitome of don't read a book by its cover. No matter how high Goku did manage to hop off the ground, the extreme force of the gravity from the chamber had him plummetting back down at unbelievable speeds.

He landed on his hands, which were now beginning to burn by one little touch. The heat tore through the fabric of his orange gi and got to his skin. Goku plopped himself off the ground and started to hop around everywhere.

Damn it! How long will this last?

Goku continued to hop around for a long period of time. The sudden quick pace was taking his breath away quickly. Once he realized that he wasn't using his breath properly, it was far too late. He was beginning to heave for air, which was something he wouldn't be able to get much of with his quick swoops of breath.

His body caught up to him and had Goku come crashing down onto his knees and hands again. He closed his eyes tightly as his face crinkled in pain. The burning was extreme and he didn't know how he'd be able to withstand this. To run back to shelter would be a coward's way of progressing. He had to pass every stage. That was the only indication for Goku of knowing that he truly did give it all he could.

I...I need to resist...!

He tried to get his body to adapt to the heat, though it was fruitless. It was far too much for him to even bear. The fervor of the hot ambiance would only appear to continuously grow more and more, to the point where Goku knew he'd have to get the hell out of dodge.

"I'll have to do this, then..." Goku stood up on his knees and ignored the hot sensation prior to pressing his teeth together as he cupped his hands and began a simple chant. "Kame..." the energy from within the center of his very being started to expand and flow through into one focal point of the body. "Hame..." in the middle of his hands emerged a bright blue, beaming light. He had to focus on the power he was generating and disregard the insane pain he felt in his knees. The blue ball of light continued to expand until he was at near full power. "HA!" With great force, he fired the beam dead center at the floor beneath him.

His attack pushed against the unbreakable floor of the chamber and thus propelled him up into the air. With the long wave of radiant energy, something Goku referred to as the Kamehameha, he was being sent well over a hundred feet into the air. Goku was going on for a while and was beginning to push 300. He secretly hoped he would go higher since the more time up there, then the more time he'd have in avoiding the excruciating heat down below.

But his attack was at its limit. The bright light that it gave off earlier rapidly died out and due to this, Goku was no longer being elevated higher into the air. As it had always been told...

What goes up

must come down.

Goku's body was now descending back to the hellish ground below. He mustered up a grand majority of his power just to remain high up in the air and that was only temporary. His hands, feet, legs and entire body was cooling up from the cool brisk wind up high, but he knew what awaited him down below.

I can't take anymore. I have to think of something-anything!

Goku was just seconds from hitting the ground now. He could feel the pressure of the heat rising the lower he got. The worst thing to do at this moment would be to freak out. So...he closed his eyes.

Okay, don't panic. If Kami taught you anything, it was to never fold, not in any moment.

Goku began to focus on his breathing once more, clearing his head. He didn't pay any mind to the thought of how agonizing it would be to have to be forced to tolerate things such as his current predicament. He, in fact, acted as if they didn't even exist.

The tip of his nose touched the ground

And that was it.

Goku opened his eyes, feeling himself afloat just above the ground. From great surprise, his eyes widened in shock. He rose his head up so his nose would no longer be in contact with the ground. "I'm actually flying..." Goku slowly rose himself up into the sky, a big proudful smile plastered on his face.

Just a while ago he recalled witnessing people like Tienshinhan and his friend Chaotzu, former students of a rival school, being able to fly. He thought of how cool it would be for him to be able to do so as well but never gave it any other thoughts. The ability couldn't have come in a much more adequate time.

Goku cheerfully danced in the air out of happiness. Just from first stepping foot into the chamber a while ago and to now, he was making big improvements. The crazy part was that he still had well over 15 hours to continue his own training. He had a lot of time to get stronger and stronger.

Though flying was very much new to him, he didn't get quite used to it. The flight ability Goku gained had gone just as quick as it had gone away.

OH NOOOO!

He knew what was ahead of him and that there would be no chances of stopping the inevitable. He crashed hard against his stomach, letting out a silent yelp as he did. Unexpectedly, the only thing that did hurt him was the landing of his fall.

"Ah..." besides that, the sudden cool feeling the ground and air was giving off relaxed him. The heat was gone and it seemed like the cold would be passing right on through next. Such efforts at the time rendered Goku a bit tired and he decided to take himself a nap.

He knew then that he would definitely complete all the training he had in store for himself inside the Room of Spirit and Time.

All thanks to perseverance.

As you can tell, this is based off if Goku actually pushed through his training in the Room of Spirit and Time. Now compared to his canon side, things will very much go out differently. Expect the next couple of chapters to be similar as we're going to the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament. But from Raditz's arrival to everything else...that's when it all changes.

Hope you enjoyed!
