The 'Phantom' watched the stage from his area in Box 5. There were two new performers, who were known as the singing flames. They seemed to be dressed in two costumes, one a white wyvern with pink highlights, the other a red dragon with four wings that were tan on their underside. Claws, horns, and other pointy items such as the tail spikes were orange. What he didn't know? Those weren't costumes, and Pyrite, an assassin was standing literally behind him. He simply watched as they performed a duet-themed musical, and then he got the surprise of his life.
In sleep he sang to me
The shock on his face was beyond priceless.
In dreams he came
He didn't realize Pyrite was snapping pictures.
That voice which calls to me
Or that she was removing his mask.
And speaks my name
He felt the rush of air hit his face, and his hand flew up to cover the deformities on instinct. He finally turned around, seeing a woman with bright red hair, black clothing, and a hood hiding her face. She started walking away, 'accidentally' flashing his mask. As he attempted to chase after her, she started running, and he realized something. She could run... really fast.
Sing once again with me
She leapt forward, catching a rope and swinging above him.
Our strange duet
He skidded around, and almost blew by if she hadn't grabbed his wrist again.
My power over you
Even as he struggled, she still didn't let go as she dragged him somewhere.
Grows stronger yet
He reached for his mask, only for her to backhand his palm.
And though you turn from me
There was a portal in front of them now.
To glance behind
She threw the mask into it, and he dove afterwards.
The Phantom of the Opera is there
She rolled her eyes and simply walked in.
Inside your mind
The portal shut, leaving no trace it had even existed.
Heya Phantom people! I've been trying to figure out how to do this. Poor Erik is gonna be tossed into a world of magic... almost literally. Also, I was trying to use his mask to show physically the lengths we go to for security. We literally would leap into a portal to be safe, no?
