Dolsey de Winter
Dolsey de Winter
Dolsey walked up the steps of her small home. She was bored out of her mind. Nothing interesting ever happened on Privet Drive. Her neighbors, the Dursleys were very boring, and Mrs. Dursley was always spying on her. Dudley, the son, was chubby, and he was a total bully. She would never hang out with him. But, the other boy. She didn't know him, and when he was outside he was always working. She often saw Dudley beating him up at school. He wasn't very different except he had a tiny lightning shaped scar on his forehead, underneath his messy black hair, and above his green eyes.

All of a sudden, an owl was flying toward Dolsey. It landed on a step next to her, dropped a letter, and flew off. In a nutshell, the letter said that she was accepted to a wizarding school by the name of Beuxbatons. Dolsey knew it was probably a joke, but told her parents anyhow. Her parents decided to let her go and took her to a place called Diagon Alley immediately, where she got her books and other materials needed for school.

She soon needed to go to school. She got on a train to France, where she waited for the train to Beuxbaton. All the while, she was woundering what it would be like. All of a sudden she heard a voice.

"Is zis your first year?" asked a girl with long silvery hair. Many boys were staring at her. Dolsey immediately decided that she liked the French accent, and decided to use it at school.

"Yes," replied Dolsey.

"Oh, zis is my third. My name is Fleur Delacour. What is yours?"

"Dolsey de Winter."

"I see. Would you like to sit with us?"

"Yes!"

Her years at Beubatons go very smoothly, but when she got to her seventh, she heard of a Hogwarts and a Durmstrang. She decided to work at Hogwarts, since it was closer to her home. She was also getting tired of the accent she had once loved. She told Madam Maxime. She was disappointed, but told her it was alright, but she would really enjoy it if she'd work there.

When she was eighteen Dolsey was reading the Daily Prophet in an article titled, 'Dumbldore, Headmaster'. A picture of a happy man with a long silver beard and grey hair stood with tiny glasses. She was flipping through and saw a picture of a boy with a lightning shaped scar on his forehead. He even had messy black hair.

Dolsey gasped. It was the boy from next door! He was a wizard! She knew it had to be him. He went to Hogwarts, so she'd ask him over the summer if he'd heard of such a place, though it may sound stupid if he says no.

"Ummmm…excuse me."

The boy with the lighting shaped scar looked up at a girl with green eyes and light brown hair with blond streaks.

"Do you know of a Hogwarts?"

This was the beginning of a new relationship.
