Look at this picture. I've seen it before I wrote this, but I looked at it again about 10 minutes ago and just felt like crying. So, I wrote something. Actually, just look at her entire gallery. She's fantastic.

...I'm also listening to a break-up song by Hunter Hayes. Go figure. Nothing here is mine.

Death takes all

Sparing no one

It is known

.

But

Somehow

We

Believed

This

Would

Not

Be

The

Case

.

It is hard

To realize

It is fact

.

Somehow

We

Felt

That

We

Would

Last

.

Unforgiving

Relentless

And merciless

.

Our

Story

Wasn't

Well

Known

.

There's no escape

No way out

Impossible

.

But

We

Knew

And

It's

Hard

To

Believe

It

Didn't

Go

On

Forever

.

Infinity

Isn't

Forever

.

We

Could

Have

Been

If

It

Wasn't

For

The

World

.

It is

A short

Time

.

Bright

Eyes

And

Bright

Hearts

Shine

So

Briefly

.

The world

Can claim

Hearts and time

.

Letting

Go

Of

Dreams

Is

Never

Easy

But

Must

Be

Done

.

Like life

Innocence

Is lost

.

We

Didn't

Want

To

Lose

But

…Perhaps that's just what fate intended, Matt. And ain't that a bitch? It's not fair, that's for damn certain. We had so much to give. So much potential. Why was it wasted? Why did we lose the war? Why didn't we make it?

But maybe those aren't fair questions, Mello. We loved once and only once because we didn't need anyone else. We lived in ways so many never get to. We traveled the world and spoke more than 16 languages. We were so smart. So bright, like stars in the sky that were burnt out before they were discovered, but made such an impact on the universe. We don't need the glory to know that we won.

Yeah. Maybe so. We did win.
