This is not your average tale. This is my story, a story of betrayal, discovery, love, hate, and things best left... forgotten.
Dark was the night when this tale began, in the shadows of the World That Never Was. I was a mere baby, asleep, and blissfully unaware of the danger, in the arms of my mother, Larxene. "Hurry, Lar, they're gaining on us!" yelled my father, Xenmas, as he opened a dark portal. Stumbling, Larxene dropped me just as she exited the portal; before she could retrieve me, however, the portal closed. "NO!! MY BABY, MY XALRIE!!" she screamed, tears streaming down her face. Xenmas embraced her, holding her as she wept, all the while vowing to find me someday as tears of his own fell from his golden eyes...
What happened to me, you may ask? I was transported to world of Disney Castle. The king and queen knew that they could not care for me, being what I was. As such, they sent me to Destiny Islands, to live with Sora, and his family. He was about the same age as I, one year old, when his parents found me on their doorstep. Needless to say, they took me in, and raised me as their own. They named me Larie; Sora and I might have been brother and sister, for how close we were. The years went by, and then Sora and his friends had those Keyblade adventures of theirs.
Oh, I seem to have forgotten to even describe my self! I am about 5'2", I have really crazy silvery blonde hair, (A/N: Think Xenmas' hair with those antenna-y things Larxene has.) my eyes are a weird golden green color, and I've got a serious sadistic streak.
Anyway, where was I? Oh, yeah:
16 YEARS AFTER MY ARRIVAL ON DESTINY ISLANDS...
"Mom, I'm home!" I yelled, kicking off my shoes, and dropping my backpack, at the door. Not hearing a response, I tried again. "Mom, are you there?" Still nothing. Hearing a scream, I ran to living room. Heh, curiosity killed the Xalrie.
A horrible sight met my eyes: my mother's (A/N: Remember, Xalrie thinks that Sora's mom is her mother at this point.) lifeless eyes, staring at me, with a look of utmost terror on her kind face. Tears stung my eyes as I fell to my knees. Strangely though, I didn't feel the grief that I should have, and, even stranger, couldn't hear my heartbeat. A voice interupted these odd thoughts: "Hello, Xalrie. Did you miss me?" said a woman in a black cloak. "Ok, who are you? What do you want? Why did you kill my mother? And My name isn't Xalrie, it's Larie." I managed to say. The woman shot me what was probably a suprised look. "You know, Larxene?" she said hopefully, removing the hood of her cloak. When I gave her a blank look, she sadly asked me a question that would change my life forever: "You mean, you don't even remember you own mother?"
Yay!! Cliffhanger! First one to guess who Xalrie's going to like gets the story dedicated to them!
(Talon's Nobody: I just hope it wasn't too bad...)
My Nobody OFFICIALLY has a name now: Xatlon
R&R please!
