hey guys, this is my new story, Nero in this is a girl and the younger sister and the younger (by two years) sister of Dante and Vergil. She has all the weapons that Nero used in the game, only difference is she can transform her demonic arm back to human.

Chapter one: Where did we go wrong

Nero's pov

How could this have happened, how could I not seen the signs and why did he fall the way he did, didn't I mean anything to him or was it just destined like our father being destined to betray the rest of the demon world and have a family with our mother. Oh Dante my brother, my love, my mate, where did we go wrong, was it Vergil who made you into this beast or was another demon?.

I remember how I got the call from Trish and Ladytelling me what have happened to my mate.

FLASHBACK - 2HOURS AGO

"Huh, not soo tuff now are ya" I said as the last demon turned to dust. I was on a job in Fortuna, nothing big just getting rid of the same types of demons thats always been there.

'BEEP' 'BEEP'

"Yello, calm down and tell me what has happened slowly"

"Nero, you need to come home, something is wrong with Dante and we dun't know what to do" called Trish down the phone it sounded really bad like she been running from something but what and whats wrong with Dante.

"Whats wrong is he hurt, is he dead" I cried down the phone thinking the worst has happened and that he has joined our parents in death. Please God don't take him like you took our parents.

"noo it's not like that Nero, it's worst he, he turned his back on us and joined Vergil on taking over the world , we're soo sorry Nero we tried to stop him but couldn't" whispered Lady but I was going into shock why, why would Dante do something like this. Sure he's lazy and cocky but he, he would never do this, not after everything we fought so hard for.

I must've been silent for a while because I could hear Lady shouting through the phone. I quickly snapped out of shock and told them that I would be there in a couple of hours and ran towards the ferry to home.

FLASH BACK ENDS

So here I am making my way down the street towards the shop that me and Dante ran together. I looked round me as I got closer to home, hoping that it was a trick and Dante had just gone to get pizza and strawberry sundaes and that he would be greeting me by jumping out in front of me and scarying me then kisses me as I'm about to smack him in the face, like he always does when I come back from a mission.

But he doesn't jump out at me with kisses, no one comes and I make my way slowly through the door where my hopes becomes nightmares as I look at the grief looking faces of Trish and Lady and wondering where did we go wrong and why did Dante become the very thing he swore to destory ...a dark and evil demon.

Yay the end of the first chapter, hoped you enjoyed it. It took me ages to get into note form into a story and I have enjoyed the challenage :).
