Eldaren sat by her window in Lothlorien; the memory of her wedding filled her mind. Start flashback She walked up the aisle in her long silver-white dress toward him, as he stood in silence, smiling at her beauty.  She took her place beside him, then they turned to face each other, and he took her hands in his. The tall elf next to them spoke,"Do you, Legolas Greenleaf take Eldaren Sulie to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, to love and to cherish, through sickness and in health as long as you both shall live?" "I do" the prince of Mirkwood answered. "And do you, Eldaren Sulie take Legolas Greenleaf to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, to love and to cherish, through sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?" "I do" the mortal girl answered.  A small elf boy carrying a pillow approached the pair. On the pillow lay two golden rings. They each took a ring, then in turn slipped it on each other's ring finger. The tall elf spoke,"I now pronounce you prince and princess Greenleaf of Mirkwood. You may kiss the bride." Legolas leaned in, and his lips met her's.  As they kissed, Eldaren's mortal ears grew, and became long and slender to a point. They broke away slowly, Legolas gazed into her beautiful eyes, scoped her face, then recognized  the change in her ears. He smiled, and Eldaren lifted a hand to her left ear. Smiling also, they walked back down the aisle, at the end waited a beautiful white stallion. Legolas mounted, then lifted Eldaren to sit sideways on his lap. He whispered in her ear, "I love you." "I love you too." Came her reply. They rode off into the forest of Mirkwood, not to be seen until the next morning. End flashback There was a soft knock at the door, as Eldaren was pulled from her thoughts."Come in." she called. The door opened, and Legolas walked in, closeing the door behind him. "Hey babe." He said, bending down and picking Eldaren up as she laughed. He planted a kiss on her cheek, then sat on the bed with her on his lap. "Hey leggy. Where have you been? She asked in a pouty voice. "I was about to think you weren't going to come and get me to go back home." "You know I wouldn't leave you hear, my princess. I have to tend to your every whim, you know that." He answered playfully. "Yes you do. I have a command for you.................Kiss me." "AS you wish, your highness." Legolas's lips met her's, and they erupted in passion. When they broke away, they sat looking into each other's eyes for what seemed like an eternity. Finally, Legolas spoke. "How would you like to go for a walk by the river before we leave?" "I would love it, almost as much as I love you." "Alrighty then." Legolas replied. He stood, still holding Eldaren, and walked out of the room, down the hall, and out the door. When they had almost reached the river, Eldaren broke the silence. "I can walk you know." "Yeah, I know, but I wanted to carry you. Is that a crime?" "Yeah, it is pretty boy." Eldaren teased. "Ok, ok, I'll put you down, on one condition. You have to kiss me first." Eldaren did what she was told, and then Legolas sat her down on her feet. They walked along the riverbank in silence, and then Eldaren saw something."Legolas, look! I think I see someone in the water! look! A horse is prancing around whatever or whoever it is!" They both ran toward the horse, and saw that a girl was lying unconscious, half in the water half on the bank. "We must get her to 'Lorien!" Legolas said in alarm. "The fastest way will be to use the horse." Eldaren nodded her head, climbed on the horse, and Legolas lifted the girl on also. He then climbed on the back, and they rode off back to "Lorien.
