When it comes to squirrels, one of the coolest things is to watch them hop from branch to branch, tree to tree, never losing their footing and seeming to flit around like birds in the sky.

So it stands to reason that there's nothing quite like watching a squirrel do said action right above your head, in the tree you're sitting in.

Just like that, there's nothing quite like seeing Uchiha Sasuke train from right across the field.

His movement is like poetry in motion. Every step, every jump, every block or slice at an unseen opponent is mesmerizing. Each kata a complex dance, only to be experienced up close by a select few.

I count myself lucky to be one of those few.

But it's when he stops suddenly, and says aloud, "Come out. I know you're there," that's when my blood starts pumping and my breathing quickens.

Because he'll smirk knowingly with that infuriating superior expression when I step out from behind the trees. He'll tease me for watching, hidden, like a love struck schoolgirl while I struggle to find a comeback better than, "Jerk!" But then he'll extend his hand with a "dobe" and he'll teach me the companion movements, show me how it's meant to be a duet, not a solo.

So one day, someone else will be privileged enough to watch us performing our deadly dance together.

But until then - I'll enjoy the experience.
